Eyesight Genjutsu won't woek on Pains paths.something similar was stated in the manga.

Pain can stop the rain so no kirin and if kirin does happen pain can push it or it would be abosbed

Summonings take susanoo and jiraiya's frogs

Plus the paths can come back to life

Slso how will they be ablt to find the REAL PAIN
