I'll note:
This has never been solved by anyone before.
The sole known person who knows the answer to this is the Author himself and there are no more hints as the series is officially over after 5 years and 7 novels.

But if the doors are locked, could the people who carries the keys to those certain doors have any case of killing them, but that leaves one survivor so it's a bit impossible, unless that someone who murdered them picked their keys one by one

Someone close to one of those certain people could have possibly became the murderer, if they are close and they murder and thieved the key of that person than that person went to THAT room where the key opens and kills that other person until it cycles around and that person has ALL the keys

How did they lock it?

In the end, all Keys were perfectly locked inside the rooms.

How did the Killer place the keys inside the locked Rooms then even by having all per stealing?

As said, there was no suicide nor accident thus the possibility of the Killer being among them locking themselves in is impossible.

Twilight of the Golden Witch doesn't even remotely make sense as it contradicts pretty much everything.
Battler is established to be innocent yet in Twilight he worked alongside Kyrie and Rudolf and Ange being marked as Beatrice which is also impossible as in the previous novels she never even attended the meeting for a fact.
Consider it like an Alt. Universe created by Featherine.
Granted, Requiem was as well though it fitted to the previous novels to some extent as Kyrie and Rudolf did indeed kill but according to evidence in Novel 3 they were pursueing the Killer going after the Code left behind after Georges murder instead of rampaging as that also contradicts the Modus Operandi of the Killer wanting to make the murders appear like witchwork.
Meanwhile Kyrie and Rudolf just went monkey crap on everyone in Requiem.
Granted, Kyrie and Rudolf have at least killed Rosa and Maria which is proven per magical view:

Though by Human view this is that they killed Maria and Rosa as Leviathan and Belphegor were the stakes missing in that Novel due to the Deaths of Maria and Rosa.
Killing Maria and Rosa = Killing Leviathan and Belphegor = No Leviathan and Belphegor stakings.

Besides,Twilight didn't leave any new clues but was only a gathering of all previous ones.

The six people were not killed by traps
Only the victims are inside the rooms, and no other people exist inside the rooms
There is no one hiding in the six rooms!
No device exists which can lock them without a key, such as an auto-lock.

what if it was ticker that set it, like I don't know how is just, what if someone left something there that timed it right and it shot and killed them, that still considers murder right? the thing I'm speaking of is like that episode of Family Guy where James Wood was suppose to be murdered with the pistol... blah blah blah, you get me?
