There are several military bags you can sling over your shoulder lying around you can put the excess supplies in. On Haki's body is the same amount of ammo as you guys started with except one mag. He had done most of the shooting with the zombies earlier.
Supplies from the truck:
Medical: crate of roughly 40 medical kits
Food: crate full of MREs (Countless)
Weapons: 5 M4s with attachment rails, 3 AK-47s, 10 USP .45s, 10 Uzis, 2 Intervention sniper rifles, 7 SPAS-12 shotguns with stocks, 4 M1A rifles, 5 G36 rifles (including scopes) with attachment rails, 20 red dot scopes, 15 magnifier scopes that flip to the side, 15 Holographic sights, 10 red dot lasers, 5 regular scopes, and 5 Grenade launchers. Note: The assault rifles (M4, AK, G36) have been re-adjusted to use the same mags for simplicity. The rest of the guns use different mags.
Ammo: 10 Frag Grenades, 150 30rd Assault rifle mags, 50 15rd pistol mags, 50 50rd Uzi mags, 20 7rd sniper rifle mags, 100 shotgun shells, and 40 10rd rifle mags.

While you're picking out what you want (and can take), you realize that with all these supplies they must have been heading somewhere, a base, and that means if they're off schedule someone's bound to come looking for them.

We might find some survivors." [This should be called Call of Duty Japan. ]

"Sir, I don't usually question orders, but they tried to kill us. I'm not sure if it will be wise to figure out where their base is." Takashi tries to warn.
"He does have a point. If command knew about this though, they'd ask us to at least figure out where they are. So I'm with Ryu on this as long as we don't try to interact with them again."
