The way things are going right now, it doesn't feel like A's speed is too godly for Onoki, or really any of the kages to handle.

A needs to show more jutsu. -_- How can you be a kage and only use ONE jutsu, EVER?

Well tbh, people rank Minato as one of the highest shinobi on the tier list and his primary offense is just FTG with Rasengan. Even though he knows fuinjutsu and kuchiyose. I think we might just be underestimating A's speed because of this opponent and we've only really got to see him in two fights. I also feel like in debates people just don't want to end it by saying A speed blitzes because it seems unfair but in reality that might be how it happens. If Naruto almost got knocked out from a single punch and even Bee was getting smacked around, A just might be that fast.

IIRC at close range without even using his armor he flashed to White Zetsu and broke his neck mid-sentence, before Zetsu could even react. We also know that A uses the lightning around his arm like a sword similar to his father, which actually makes me think that in his battle with Sasuke, he actually wanted to capture Sasuke alive to interrogate him because it doesn't make sense that he could cut through his own muscular forearm effortlessly but when he chopped Sasuke's neck Sasuke only suffered blunt force trauma.
