He'd only get turned into a toad by sucking the chakra directly from his body. Rasengans and crap are already balanced chakra wise. (Preta absorbed Chou Oodoma with no problems)

And arasengan would probably just get sucked up

He was disspelled as soon as Jiryria was in SM. He was just a distraction to buy time. Kisame does not use Boss Summonings as big as What Jiryria can do so Jiryria would not either. Plus Jiryria did not use a summoning when he fought Kisame/Itachi before.

Kisame didnt even unseal samehada when they 'fought' jiraiya or even use any jutsu.

According to your logic he would never use any other things then what he used when he battled jiraiya which makes this quite a stomp for a SM jiraiya.

Its not about what a character would use its about what a character can use.
(Ohterwise most itachi threads would have a severe lack of susanoo which he has only used against sasuke as far as we know).

In that case kisame wouldnt even use great shark bullet or waterdome. Since he hasnt done this in the majority of his fights which makes this a stomp for sm jiraiya even if he'd only rasengan/goemon/frogkata him to death.

(Jiraiya is a serious ninja hailed as one of the legendary 3 sannin i dont think neither him or kisame will restrain themselves from using any jutsu that just might win the battle) And summoning in SM is in character take fukushima and the grandma toad as example)

If Kisame sees a powerful chakra ninjutsu based attack coming for him then Kisame would use Giant Shark Missile

( Kisame is the greatest swordsmen of the mist. He has bijju level chakra and has great stamina. He is one of the strongest in his team. I am just saying whats IC) They would not be holding back though

Wouldnt the same go for jiraiya facing the famous 'tailless tailed beast in battle wouldnt he summon some support? He summoned gamaken for the less impressive animal path.

Noone can assume in the battlegrounds what a character would and would not use. Its that simple, each character uses all of the feats that they have shown throughout the manga.

I'm a huge Kisame fan, but I have to admit this is no stomp either way due to samehada not being able to take sage chakra. Thats one of kisame's best assets in a fight (draining his foe).

On the other hand, I would like everyone to consider this. Sage Mode can only last for a designated amount of time, and or a designated amount of chakra as shown by Naruto in his fight with pain. Therefor, can Jiraiya literally kill Kisame before his SM runs out? Kisame's shown to be a very viable tank. Kisame can heal any physical wound with samehada. Kisame can use samehada as a personal shield, and even without it he has shown to have great endurability in his fight with gai. If only he had known that gai's move wasnt formed with chakra...

Most of Jiraiyas major attacks as well are fire based, I think we all know that isnt going to go well aagainst a water based user. Especially a water based user such as Kisame. Jiraiyas swamp move IMO could be refuted with exploding water colliding wave. Whats a swamp when you can spawn a mssive lake on top of it and than turn it into a water dome? Not to mention what would Jiraiya even be able to do inside the water dome, can he breathe underwater? He may be in SM but he would be alot slower than Kisame under water If kisame formed with samehada. From there Kisame has shown great feats hence he could have finished KB in the dome but he wanted him alive.

There are alot of different aspects to consider in this match. I dont think Jiraiya could win if he doesnt kill kisame before his SM runs out.

Its true sage mode has a limit but that is why he summons fukusaku and shima to assist him with gathering sage chakra while moving. Hence his Sm doesnt run out as long as fukusaku and shima are there. Kisame aint a pushover but this is simply a bad matchup for kisame.

They may extend the time of Sage Mode but even with Fukasaku and Shima the time of Sage Mode isn't unlimited.As I remember Fukasaku told Naruto sometime during their training that one can't use Sage Mode for too long.

You are mistaking narutos version for jiraiyas version. Jiraiyas version is basicly unlimited because fukusaku and shima keep gathering sage chakra all the time while he is moving giving him a constant supply without an time limit.

Even if the above werent true jiraiya could always enter sage mode again w/help of fukusaku and shima.

Narutos case was different his kyuubi at the time prevented fukusaku and shima from 'fusing' with naruto to do the same they did for jiraiya. Because of this naruto is entirely dependant on the amount of sage chakra he collected before he entered sage mode. Hence the time limit.

The turning to stone thing comes from taking in too much natural energy which samehada eventually will. This is more speculation then true but samehada does have a 'body' (psycical energy' ) and a mind ('betrayal, preferences etc)(mental energy).

You're not getting my point.I told about the time one can gather sage chakra individually.In this this case Jiraiya,Shima and Fukasaku.Which means even if the three of them combine their sage energy eventually after sometime they will wont be able to gather sage chakra anymore.

Sage chakra is all around, it's plentiful. The problem is that if one absorbs too much, then they will turn into a stone frog. But since the two frogs are master, Jiraiya has unlimited sagenessness.
