A is quite bit faster in both his regular shroud or when he boosts himself but his father is still not slow, who is a top tier speedster in Narutoverse.

3RK was able to dodge multiple RS at point blank range. That alone puts him above Deva Path, who needed Preta to not be hit by RS. And since Deva kept pace with what, 6-Tailed Naruto? That puts 3RK extremely high.

A is still faster though, problem is that he has nothing capable of penetrating 3RK's defenses, that we know of yet. That's why I scale 3RK a bit higher than A on the Tier list.

A is a poor man's 3RK.

By virtue of self-proclaimed statement by A, he's the fastest. I believe his best speed feats are dodging an Amaterasu and was easily intercepting RM Naruto before he had a sudden speed boost out of nowhere (presumably Naruto was not bloodlusted and thus through excessive effort he was able to dodge V2 A's fastest punch). So I rate V2 A with Shunshin's speed as equal as RM Naruto's. He was also able to somewhat surprise Madara with a V1 Shunshin, who was able to react to a Rasen Shuriken.

Sandaime Raikage in his Raiton Armor was able to dodge multiple Rasen Shurikens with seemingly minimal difficulty. And, although I don't remember fully, kept up with RM Naruto after he finished his fight with Yondaime Raikage and was at least as fast as Naruto's. He is also known for fighting off and overwhelming large numbers of shinobi at once.

Honestly, I think Sandaime Raikage's speed feats is far more impressive than his son's.

@Nigyokai Well dodging the attack doesn't necessarily mean he's faster. Naruto was also warned of the blitz

@Cult Defense wise, but speed wise?

Reason I ask is cuz I've people keep saying the third is much slower than A. And SM Naruto reacting to him isn't better than RM dodging A which is still complete BS IMO lol
Theres the FRS dodging feat, but A should be able to do that too.

Oh no, that's not what I meant nor do I mean to imply that. I merely said that I'm more impressed at his speed feats than A's. Given the low distance between the RS and him plus the Raikage's agility and reactions, his movement speed is at least near the speed of the RS. As far as RS goes, only people who dodged it was Deva Pain and Sandaime Raikage, and Madara merely reacted to it (who reacted to A). SM Naruto was keeping up with Deva Pain, and RM Naruto should be at least as fast. But still, in terms of raw feats, A did not dodge that RS and has no indication of being able to do so except for the fact that he was keeping up with a semi-serious RM Naruto. As far as who I think is actually faster, I think they're both equal until we see more speed from A. The difference between their speeds thus far is negligible.
