I would imagine it would go something like this:
Naruto vs Minato
I would give this to Naruto, because of BM however Minato would warp away any biju bomb and then he could always use Reaper Death Seal making the battle a tie.
Itachi vs Nagato
Now for Itachi vs Nagato it could go eithor way.
I Don't see Itachi winning this, the only reason Itachi could avoid chibiku Tensei was because of a combined effort. Izanashi takes time to prep, and Susanoo could seal Nagato however, knowing Nagato his real body would be far away and his paths would fight for him. Considering that, I would say Nagato beats itachi, by using summons, chibiku tensei, gedo mazo, and a combination of all of his rinnigan abilities.

End result, Nagato and Minato win, however Minato dies along with his son and Nagato beats Itachi.

Naruto is better than Nagato now once he got Kurama Mode.

And Itachi is a bit better than Minato, since he can't do anything to touch Susanoo.
