No, actually you guys just misunderstood Shika's post. He was saying that since A was able to destroy the Susano'o with his strikes are people saying Susano'o arrows can't destroy Susano'o saying that A's strikes are more powerful than one of those arrows.

And that's actually a pretty good question. The only thing is A's attacks and Susano'o arrows are two different types of destruction. A uses brute strength and blunt force while a Susano'o arrow is a piercing attack. For example, two chapters ago when we saw Kabuto dodge Sasuke's arrow it pierced through a rock in the cave but didn't cause any large scale damage, whereas if A had punched that rock it would be reduced to pebbles.

I'd say that the arrows can't really pick apart Susano'o since it is made of chakra and can regenerate as long as the user can still activate MS (as we've seen plenty of times with Madara), but the arrows would be dangerous because they can pierce through the armor and hit the user, like we saw when Tsunade through Madara's Susano'o sword through the ribcage.

Of course there's also the fact that if the weapon being used to pierce the Susano'o is from the same Susano'o it can just be reabsorbed which Madara also demonstrated

It's hard enough to try to aim an arrow at yourself and shoot it with enough force to damage yourself. Unless he shot the arrow straight up into the air and waited for it to drop onto his head, I don't think he could damage his own Susano'o. But with that amount of force(Due to gravity), I do believe the arrow would pierce his own Susano'o.

It would probably depend on who is throwing the arrow. But, his own attack going through his shield of chakra? I don't think so.

Would it be able to pierce Madara's Susanoo? Maybe, but prob not

Would it be able to pierce Itachi's Susanoo? Hell No.
