Bleach:
5. Fullbring Arc (it had so much potential!)
4. Fake Karakura Town Arc
3. Turn Back the Pendulum Arc
2. Agent of the Shinigami Arc
1. Soul Society Arc

One Piece:
5. Alabasta Arc
4. Thriller Bark Arc (especially the end)
3. Enies Lobby Arc
2. Impel Down Arc

Out of them all:
5. Agent of the Shinigami Arc (This is where Bleach had the most depth but lacked some substance)
4. Impel Down Arc (Magellan.)
3. Five Kage Summit Arc (Sauce and Kages make this an interesting arc)
2. Marineford Arc (The dramatic build up and atmosphere paired with powers gives it an A+)
1. Soul Society Arc (The emotion and depth, scales to Ichigo and Co.'s power. It was the first arc in any anime to make me cry a bit)

I don't see why e.e Even though Hody sucked, FIshman Island dealt with racism, change, and death. I loved that arc

I liked Arlong much better, but that may just be because of my prejudice against Fishmen after the Damsel-in-distress scenario in Sabaody. =_=
