Lucem kneels as the vibrant blue glow washes over the city, stabbing his sword into the ground. Immediately the reiatsu that coated the area begins disappearing into his blade, being not necessarily cleansed, but neutralized and kept stored to be recycled later on. Although absorbed by Lucem, this reiatsu can be transferred through Deus and used from any husk no matter their position on the field of play.

The reiatsu that covered the area fuels an instantaneous reaction from the smoke in a similar manner that white blood cells react to a virus, causing the smoke to spin rapidly around the entire city. The smoke spins faster towards the center and in a much thicker coating with the fulcrum of the vortex being the area encompassing the husks. The center of the rotation seems to fuel the spin of the rest of the smoke and also sucks the reiatsu coating the city towards the center, allowing Lucem to absorb exponentially more reiatsu than his normal reach could acquire.

The city is bathed in a sandstorm of smoke lit by the glow of the reiatsu and being voiced through the sounds of the wind whipped up by the smoke. The call of the wind is deafening, screaming in all different tones and sounding almost like voices screaming in agony. A wail of the fallen husks. Every particle of smoke is a fragment of a zanpaktou that once belonged to a now lifeless former husk of Deus. Every particle of smoke carries the haunting memories of what Deus made each husk do in life. Each particle carries a will.

The arrancar's attack begins immediately, sped further and further by the reiatsu that is quickly being drained by Lucem. This drainage doesn't seem to impact the attack much, but the rotating fulcrum is enough to keep the husks safe, the zanpaktou smoke acting as a vibrating, rotating defense. The city is still badly damaged however and is cut and crushed to pieces, which only become a deadly asset to the husks and their master as all of the debris begins rotating around the fulcrum, acting as blunt objects being hurled at the arrancar opponent multiple times as they fly around in circles.

The smoke suddenly, instantaneously, returns to its calm state, letting the debris drop to the ground, scattered among the broken bits of buildings, around the trio. The Eye of Deus resting in the left side of each husks' skull begins flickering around, searching for the arrancar that was seemingly caught up in his own attack, and they quickly find him floating upwards in the air.

The sky, although dimly lit with the high amount of smoke present, suddenly begins to become dotted with darker shapes as the smoke begins to collect in thousands of spots. These collections of smoke hang high above the city and seem small as they float, but they suddenly stop growing and begin to dive towards the earth, controlled by the thoughts of Deus. They rain down, blanketing the city as they do and leaving only inches between one and another, giving the arrancar near nowhere to run.

The husks make their move then, moving forward and upward into the sky towards the arrancar. They climb over the air and the debris, unaffected by the lack of ground and the lances falling all around them. Deus controls each husk and each lance, allowing the husks to perfectly run while being unhindered and unwound-ed by any of the lances, but this is not true for their opponent, who still lies vulnerable to each and every one of the falling lances.

The husks near their opponent in the storm with Lucem and Nox moving to his front and Diem moving just as quickly to his rear. Diem attempts to skewer the arrancar straight up his butt while Nox tries to decapitate him and Lucem leaps, coming down alongside a lance in an attempt to slice him from his right shoulder downwards. The lance comes down towards the arrancar's left shoulder, with several more spears angling slightly in order to hit him multiple times more as the husks retreat slightly.

Each husk spins through the spears, appearing to almost dance between life and death without a fear in the world. Just as soon as they retreated, they once more attack with a flurry of sword swings. Lucem and Nox attack from the front, swinging wildly with no clear goal. Slashes are made towards the arrancars throat, chest, thighs, and pretty much anywhere reachable with a sword at a position within arms reach. Diem, on the other hand, willingly assaults the arrancar backwards, slashing towards his back and easily stepping backwards through the falling lances as the other two husks attempt to drive their target backwards, just as Diem attempts to drive him forward, ultimately making a wall 360* around him with sword strikes from all angles.

The lances continue to fall as the volley of swordplay is thrown. Each spear lands between each sword swing, still falling in ways that could impale the arrancar at any moment. However, while the husks attack from left, right, front, and back, and the lances fall from above, the ground is still not safe as the lances hit the earth. Some of the fallen spears turn back into dust, rushing upwards from beneath the arrancar in order to aid the onslaught from below, attacking like a tentacle that tries to stab and skewer the opponent multiple times, willingly deforming and reforming in order to attack from several directions while also avoiding the attack paths of the husks or lances from above. The spears that don't turn back into this deadly smoke remain on the ground, becoming similar to a spike pit if the opponent were to fall towards it.

In one final maneuver the lances stop falling and the husks plunge their swords forward, attempting to impale the arrancar at three different points in his body. While one hand controls the sword, the other hand of each husk pulls up and latches onto the blade of the other husk, creating a triangular prison for the opponent whether he be located impaled on a sword or between them if he happens to be caught. This would allow and easy movement from any husk to swiftly slice him in half if he were to try and escape, but would also allow them to capture him as a new husk if he were sane enough to take the offer.

The husks pause in their movements, there eyes zooming around before locking onto the arrancar again, the voice speaking up from nowhere in particular. "See now, arrancar," it asks. "Join me and you may live. First and final offer."

*I begin to laugh wildly in the air as the realization of what currently sits around me dawns. "AHAHAHA preposterous. Really now, you plan to beat me like this? I don't normally want to do this but, you seem to misunderstand." Still lacking the strength in my limbs as I recuperate I raise my hand shakily to my own forehead. "Sorry, but just this once, I'll show you." My mask fragment chips and cracks across itself diagonally as I draw out the power that I once used to sustain my very life. The power I turned my eyes away from when I became an arrancar, the power I left to gather dust in the darkest reaches of my mind. A power that truthfully I am shamed of, one that required my reliance on others to fulfill my needs. My iris's turn a purple hue and glaze over in hexagonal patterns as the fragments bear down around me. "variance radiant!" My form pulses, a wave emitting from me as I'm about to be skewered your fragments come to a halt. My right eye closes and as you advance upwards you suddenly realize the lances and particles are frozen in mid-air not from ice but from their very souls being locked in struggle. I suddenly shift in the air, a strange air about me as your husks attack.

My form lifts upwards as your attempted skewer passes under me. Your attempted decapitation is remedied as I suddenly catch the blade in my hand. A slight cut across my palm but nothing more then a benign wound. I then twist in the air, expressionless and maintaining my grip on the blade I grabbed. I swing my sword, enhancing my physical strength with reiatsu I not only block your dropping attack from above but I press it back and send the blade off to the side. I then release the blade as you retreat once again instead of pressing immediately allowing me to fully regain my strength in my limbs. I then tear forward at your attack, instead of being pressed back. I jump forward and I match your attack slash for slash despite the increased amount infront and for each attack at the back I meet it with a kick, pressing whatever blade or limb you swing to the side leaving me unharmed.

I continue this as you continue your onslaught, the particles still remaining trapped and unable to get near me as the waves that emanate capture any that get close locking their souls in a struggle against mine in a place without the bounds of physical bodies and posing a force to combat your control of them. I suddenly drop and spin on my back as you move for your final attack and I turn and drive my sword ahead, catching the tips of all three swords at once and pushing them upwards above me and locking them in a blade lock to prevent them from reaching me.

"hehahaha. You? Who do you think invented this game? Do you lack the processes eyeball to understand that your tiny little blade fragments and body husks are but trifling babes to me?" I open my right eye, somehow you get the feeling that it stares straight at every body at once and through them directly at your true self. The image it contains no longer a simple eye but a crystalline window, A dark swirling sclera like clouds of purple and blue rumble and press across it. A purple iris but depicting the image of a crystal platform with a singular body and many countless broken, maimed, and weak souls strewn across it, the true forms of your so called particles after being under submission for so long. while not restricted in form this is the form with which they exist in their darkest recesses this is what they represent. The pupil of my eye, a miniature varying dark and light purple crystal.

The truth of my state, while my body is somewhat worn and ragged looking from my clothing it's in an overall state just under full power. but inside my eye, through my right eye I see only the crystalline world of which my sheer existence coincides with and the multitude of pitiful souls of which can neither find the strength to run nor fight against the aggressor now vying for control of them. The only thing holding me back being your hold on them. "Do I understand? OH yes I understand I "See" do you aswell see The truth of your situation. Your pour little souls, crying out in the multitudes and the masses, weeping and screaming in a hopeless rage and agony. Oh yesss how many memories I have where that has been the only thing I've heard or seen for centuries and centuries. Peon. You know not who you trifle with. You ignorant little monster, the poor result of some hapless idiots lack of control. How does it feel to look upon with sanctity the whole essence of what you only scratch the very air of? Your offer is rejected. Your power is meaningless. You. Have. Lost."

I close my right eye again. I then pull my sword down swinging in a circle aiming to tear the three husks in half in an instant, I send a double strike at lucem aiming to trisect the husk, the ending point of my double strike beginning the downward crescent slash I send at nox aiming to split it's body diagonally from below. I whip around and a line of blue streams forward from me towards diem like the targeting beam of a laser cannon and I flash forward faster then any sonido crossing the nearly nonexistent distance before even fractions of the second have passed releasing a slash that blends into the very air and splits everything in that direction as I pass far into the distance behind the body. "PULSE!" I stand in the distance as the rags of my shirt and jacket rip off leaving just the scaled shirt I wore beneath all my clothing and the rags of my pants on my body. "You don't even deserve the choice between life or death. I won't allow, even your soul to remain in death. Thus heaven denies, refused for all times. I am not guilty at all. Hope turns to despair, theirs no one in these barren lands. the lust for light I'm sure it will fade. spiritus sanctus. eternal hell." My sword alights with a blue flame, but this flame unlike my usual flames. it arcs and winds swirling outwards and around me. streams of fire licking the air pressing across my position.

I spin my sword in my hand and it leaves a trail of fire that fades out swiftly as I set into a stance different from my usual one. A clear challenge to come forward.*

felt like bringing this out since you wanted to go all souls everywhere, should have just left them lifeless. before you ask, ive had this forever, i just never had a good time to use it or the inspiration to get it done.

Not souls. I apologize if it wasn't clear enough, but it's more like the wind they whip up creates a sound from memory like a scratch carries a "memory" from when it was created.

you said they carry a will. thats what i do. basically. My power draws your will into my dimension and frees it from it's bounds then from their conflict would ensue against mine until I defeated said will and take over your body. which in this case the wills of the particles with their shattered and broken remains are weak enough for me to affect them and prevent total control of them. your actual body husks I can't directly affect without contact though.
