Patch the Online Battle or we all quit.

This is how much I like the actual game. I waited like 6 months for pre-order. I made an account on this forum, just typed a 5 paragraph topic and it logged me out for taking so long. So im coming back to make this one short.

The Online Battle IS COMPLETELY BROKEN;
(my statistics are based on most of the battles I have played online)

-80% of the time you fight an MM spammer (no matter their rank).
-19% of the time you fight another spammer/hidan as support char.
-1% of the time, you fight someone with skill who dosnt abuse the system.
-99% of the time you fight against somone using an OP card image.
-YOU WILL NEVER BEAT A MM SPAMMER (no matter how good you are)

Which characters you'll face online;

-Masked Man - (70%) (you will never win, no matter how good you are)
-Kakashi - (8%) (usually chidori spam)
-Danzo - (7%) (ALWAYS spam)
-Sasuke - (6%) (some variation of the Pt.2 sasuke's)
-Neji/Kiba/Lee -(5%) (usually the pt.2's)
-Naruto (3%) (only the one with the best awakening)
-Other (1%) (rarely someone may use a char that isnt OP)

Ehhh I guess that about sums it up. Until a patch is made to fix the OP'ness, I will be quitting. I would rather read a book, than play a game that instead of being fun, is completely aggravating.

MM spammers are overrated. Just jump and throw a shuriken (granting extra height) to dodge his jutsu. Also, just check their battle records and if MM, Oonoki, part 1 Tenten, or Deidara are in their top 3 then just remove them from your session. Also, only fight people with a disconnection frequency of 0/10.

Don't hate against Deidara. He's horrible in Generations (IMO) Only because you can dash through his birds. I still use Deidara though, because he is one of my 4 favorite characters.

Only spammers who really annoy me or give me trouble are the tenten spammers.

Your really exaggerating those percentages I've fought over 100 battles with people of all ranks and out of those fights I've only encountered 5 or less Masked man and 3 tentens o.o Its mostly Susano'o Sasuke from whati've seen

the real problem is that 30-40% of the characters in the game are disliked my 90% of the fans. i.e Choji.

You're exaggerating to ridiculous extents.

One, I haven't even fought a Masked Man in possibly a week, aside from my friend who uses him whenever we fight. I've fought a few Young Kakashi's(I'm assuming you're talking about him), and none of them spammed his Chidori. Danzo, I admit, does get spammed. I haven't fought one in a while, though. I fight more Sasuke's than I do the previous three. I rarely fight Neji's. Kiba spammers are easy to beat, and I've only seen two or three, so far. Lee users usually abuse his Ultimate Jutsu, and when you know this, it becomes easy to predict.

Two, if you wind up facing a Masked Man spammer, the most simple way to win is to spam them back. It's perfectly justified against them.

Three, if you're smart, you won't even have to fight them. Like one of the people before me said, look at their Battle Record. If any of their top characters are a character that you don't approve of, just kick them or quit. It is THAT simple.

Also, I must be in the 1% Other category, because I try to use most of the characters.

Now, what do you expect any patch that they make to do in regards to these problems? Do you expect it to make it so you can only use a jutsu five times in a fight? I'm positive that more people would complain about a jutsu limiter than they do about the spamming. Granted, a jutsu limiter would make it more true to the series, people would hate it. I would like it if they added a jutsu gauge, like they did with the substitutions. That would be better, but it probably isn't going to happen.

You left out the Tsuchikage, by the way. I've seen more people use him and cleverly spam his jutsu than I've seen any of the others. I saw Masked Man being used a lot maybe the first week or two after I got the game, but recently Masked Man users seem to have died down for me.

You're just pissy because you can't beat these characters. Instead of complaining about the way someone else fights, why don't you just change your tactics and try to fight in a way that will help you win? When you're fighting a spammer, it's okay to spam. Same with people who jump/block. It's called bringing balance back into the fight. I have no problems with people I play online who just so happen to spam. The only people I find it annoying to fight are the ones who abuse the cancelling system and try to get endless combos after using cancels to drain your substitutions dry.

Regardless, the Online Mode is not broken because people tend to choose certain characters. The Online Mode, as far as I can tell, isn't broken at all. Specific characters are broken. Most people who play this game fight cheaply. It doesn't make the game broken.

Well I guess you wont be playing anymore because why would they patch when all the spams in the game can be practiced against and beat. Tenten and MM is the hardest to me but MM is just block it and then move to the side before the bombs explode so you dont take 2 hits

Just throw shuriken =D it creates a lot of openings, and once his chakra is low he is really vulnerable.

I was forcefully given two disconnections due to router issues, I'd say anyone with 4/10 + disconnections.

Ehh the other 99% was on a different subject, the cards. If your just trying to be smartass's good job because you succeeded. I am pissy, sure. I was promised a balanced game, this I did not get. Which is false advertising. Thank you for all your help on MM spammers, but you all sound like you've never played one. Its almost as if your oblivious to the fact that anything you do is effortless. Have you ever seen an MM use substitution jutsu? I bet you were surprised huh? Its terrible when a match can be won just by a repetition of Y->A over and over. And yea I am exaggerating a with my words, and maybe the numbers. But if any its very slightly, and just because im aggravated at the game.

It wouldnt take a "jutsu limiter" to stop the spam. The move's people spam are on purposely PROGRAMMED to be overpowered. It's not a glitch. Some moves are just easier to spam than others. And people take advantage of it. Most games usually patch these when they have been made obvious to the public and there is an outrage. Problem is, the high ranks. Even the ones that now use PTS Chouji, got their rank through MM spam. I see waaay too many high ranks doing MM spam. I guess like yall suggested I could look at battle record before EVERY match. But thats such a chore for EVERY player to do before a match, when it could be fixed simply.


Edit; Oh yea forgot to mention. Person in the purple text is an idiot. Spam an MM spammer? Or your other idea change your tactics?? Dude I have put 10000% of my playability into every MM fight, until I recently decided to DC whenever I see one. There is nothing you can do. No other character can spam like him, your . And you think awaken Tenten is hard? Are you fking kidding meh? You could very well be one of these MM fags...

These are just your experiences. So let me get this straight, you paid 60 bucks just to quit over something thats not that big of deal? If you look at your opponents battle record and see a noob character, don't play them. Just try to find a different player. If you hate masked man that bad then why don't you figure out a strategy or a character you can use to defeat him. All I"m saying is don't quit over something like people using noob characters.

I would say the OP is being a wee-bit melodramatic. While Generations could certainly use some tweaking it's not broken.

MM is really cheap but he can also be beaten if you're quick enough. Personally, I have the most trouble from rapid fire ranged attackers such as Tenten, Shino, Deidara, but that's most likely because I use Sasori the most. I've been able to take down Shino's, and Deidara's with Haku, but I have to agree with Uchiha_Sora something is up with Tenten. I have never beaten a Tenten or seen a Tenten lose come to think of it. Except once... to an Onoki of all characters. XD lol
