Kabutos counter
seems as Kabuto is now a sage, like naruto, he can sence chakra, so this means that he might be able see the chakra of Izanami, meaning he can dodge it? or seems as izanagi is cast on ones self, maybe izanami is cast upon another person, and seems as kabuto will be able sence the chakra, thats why his horn was cut off, to cast izanami onto that and will still affect kabuto? just a guess

I think it's too early to tell. All we know about Izanami is that it's somehow connected to Izanagi and that it "decides fate". Nice theory though.

Just by seeing its chakra doesn't mean you know how it works.
Naruto had no idea about Shinra Tensei, Tsunade's slug told him about it.

But seeing itachi build up chakra is enough for a smart character like kabuto to know to be prepared
