BG defaults give standard equipment. Minato always has a couple prepared kunai as standard equipment.

Konan unfortunately doesn't have a billion paper bombs as standard equipment.

This is a tough one. The only way Minato can win is by sealingher or speed blitzing her before she can turn into paper. She's just a bad match for him.

Unless Konan is able to somehow prep for her bagillion bombs there's no real defense from FTG once he gets the Kunai down.

I give this one to Minato, but I don't think it would be as easy as some people think.

I don't think it's unreasonable to say that Konan would be able to activate her paper form before Minato could get in range to hit her. At this point Minato has no way to hurt her except for summoning Bunta or some other toad to spit oil on her.

I'm not sure Bunta's oil attacks would be fast enough to hit Konan when she's flying around, although Minato being as intelligent as he is, could probably think up a strategy to lure her into getting hit. Does anyone have reaction and speed feats for Konan?

At any rate Konan doesn't have anything fast enough or at a large enough scale to hit Minato except for the Paper Ocean tech which would be impossible for her to set up in these conditions.

minato is up against one of his worst matchups. konan can disperse into paper completely and reform, even part of her body after using paper to suffocate and restrain opponents, or form wings/weapons as hard as steel.
she can also make basically any shape she wants, like clones of herself or a huge tree.
gamabuntas oil is there but how long before minato figures out that will even affect her? she can cover his kunais in paper and hide their location too. maybe cover them in paper spikes adding for a nice surprise.
