Seriously...? Gaara and Byakuya could both win this in under five seconds, w/out moving, and on their own. I've only played FF13 so I don't know if Lightning gets a power up in the next game or is in some other kind of media, but the lightning I know has no way of avoiding Gaara's sand or Senbonzakura.
