This is a fight involving only long distance moves right?. If not i will delete my post as it may be off topic.
I'm pretty sure A has no long distance moves
Kakashi has kamui, dogs, suiton jutsus and lightning running dog
Kakashi seems to be at an advantage

Her wind style can cut down an entire forest.

I think a little sand shield isn't going to do much.

His ultimate defence sand was untouched by Deidaras explosions, not to mention Amatarasu and a direct hit from A. Also I wouldn't call some of the shields he created "small" either, he protected the entire sand village from one of Deidaras stronger attacks and his whole platoon at once as well.

She glided on her fan once during the Chunnin prelininaries I believe she also did it during the finals. Idk if that counts as true flight or not.
