You have to find a proffesonal publisher and give them like a sales pitch of your book, after you copywrite it so they cant steal your idea. If both you and the publisher come to an agreement they send your book or whatever it is your publishing to an editor and they correct any mistakes. They then start printing it and putting it in stores. At least that is how I think it works. But i am not complettelly sure.

No. Some publishers want money, but not usually. They take a certain amount of money from the sales of each book to mae more and of course they need to make money.

KG: Burning ice. When you use ice style it burns your enemy then it freezes them.
Personality: She is highly emotional but it ranges extreme angry to extreme depression. There is usually no middle but can fake happy easily. She is very intelligent but tends to act "dumb".
Appearance: Light red wavy hair with a blue flowing through it as if it was water. Fiery red eyes, light skin, Black pants with little blue waves on the bottom of them, red sleeveless shirt with a black vest hoodie over usually with the hood up
Weapon/s: basic kunai, a short blade the hangs from the waist
Backstory: Raven had a very sadistic side to her since she was a little girl causing everyone including her parents to fear her power. Feeling isolated, her sadistic side grew until one brave soul befriended her, seeing that Raven was just as scared as everyone else. One day when playing with her friend, Raven accidentally burned her friend in a fit of anger. That day her village tried to kill her saying that if they didn't do it now she would later kill them all. The only one who tried to save her was her friend, who happens to be killed by the village because they thought that Raven brainwashed her friend. After that Raven went into a rampage killing every man, women and child that got in her way.
Life philosophy: To stay strong so she can no longer get hurt by people.

I knew I was going to win. I never come up with happy characters. They are all sad and hurt in some way and always have some form of metal problem as well.
