Its two against one on this one, and since they can smell hinata I feel like a giant wolf gat will end it pretty quickly since she can't get in range to attack otherwise.

Tie, both can use senses withought normal vision and are highly capable in ninjutsu and taijutsu.

Kiba without Akamaru is a great loss for Kiba. Some jutsu's can't be done. Hinata probably wins this with her lion fists. Kiba never saw Hinata use this. So she might get him off guard.

She can't use rotation but but she can use 64 palms guard.

She does know airpalm, she used it along with Neji against White Zetsu.

This is tough...64 palms guard would block fang over fang you'd think and Kiba can't use any of his better jutsu without Akamaru. And since this is supposed to be long range he can't use his speed to his advantage except for evasion. Hinata's only long range is Air Palm, but I don't think she'd be able to hit Kiba from any real distance.

He could use his own pee, but do you really think he'd take the time to pull down his pants and piss all over his opponent? Most people would attack him while he's unzipping. I say that since its Hinata he's fighting, the second he gets in close, she hits any of his organs with Gentle Fist Style and he's a goner.

Hinata would dodge all those fang over fangs with her byakugan (unless kiba goes too fast) then she would use her 64 plams guard. Kiba then again has double headed wolf and stomp her so i say kiba
