Sasuke by feats , minato hasn't shown anything strong.
And if you start to say that he was the best , or the fastest , i've never seen a proof about it , even sasuke with base sharingan and lighting jutsu can beat him.

Tobi would say otherwise, being that Minato is the only person to ever damage him.

Minato seriously got a feat boost thanks to Naruto's latest chapters.

The way Kakashi mistook Naruto for Minato when Naruto went into Kurama-mode, tells me that FTG is the fastest thing in the verse along with KM speed.

Naruto with half the Kyuubi's chakra managed to make a menacing ball that overpowered 5 other Bijuu's menacing ball. Double that power when faced with a full-formed Kyuubi, and Minato was able to make a sealing jutsu fast enough, large enough, and powerful enough to transport the real Kyuubi's menacing ball several miles outside the village. He also reacted to several swipes in base speed, even one when he was completely out of chakra.

He also managed to have enough chakra control and power to seal half of the Kyuubi's chakra in Naruto, despite having a Kyuubi Claw impaled through his lungs. Hiruzen, in a similar situation against Orochimaru, only managed Orochimaru's arms. I'll let you do this comparison on your own.

Oh, this was all after already facing off and trolling Tobi, who Minato managed to devise a strategy against with no knowledge and on-the-spot, simultaneously rescuing his child, his wife, and his village, all while keeping his hair perfectly gelled.


Sasuke is the one lacking feats to ever even get a hit on Minato, not the other way around.

Please... Minato is way more tactical than Sasuke, and even if Sasuke doesn't outright get killed in the initial exchange Minato would have already tagged him, an event literally JUST as hopeless.

He can put up Susano'o or Ama shields all he likes... as long as Sasuke's marked he's prone to get killed faster than light speed.

This is what should be the overall comparison by feats in the end of the manga.

EMS Sasuke > Minato > MS Sasuke > Hebi Sasuke.

EMS Sasuke still barely has shown anything.

EMS Sasuke is nowhere near Minato's level, let alone nowhere near Kage level. Any of the kages can stomp him, with the exception of Tsunade.

Sasuke cannot even touch Minato.

MS Sasuke was capable of going against Raikage with Susanoo.

Why not EMS?

Also if EMS Sasuke is below then BM Naruto should below too.

When EMS sasuke finally fights BM Naruto they won't be that far apart.

Of course not, he was getting speedblitzed 90% of the fight and the other 10% was blocked by Gaara and his sand.

Except the EMS doesn't make Sasuke stronger it just prevents his eyesight from deteriorating and even if it did makie him stronger, there's nothing to suggest the power leap was significant enough to propel him above the others, most of whom can casually speedblitz him regardless of the power of his techniques.

And BM Naruto is still far above EMS Sasuke until Kishi decides to give him that new Cursed Seal.

Only V2 blitzed him but Susanoo kept him safe.

EMS Sasuke is above that, its kind of obvious considering how different the final Susanoo form looks like.

They are rivals they will never be far apart its just how it is.

Name anyone other than Raikage and Minato and Naruto and Bee and Gated Gai capable of blitzing Sasuke at close range at least.
