Well, to me, Sage Mode + Bijuu Mode + Kurama's Chakra would be enough to stop Madara, not even the Rinnegan + Sharingan/MS/EMS would be able to stop that, but again, that's just me in part

however madaras dojutsu duo can counter pretty much anything naruto can throw at him (such as fuuton rasen shurikan, and prabably biju bomb as well as madara can absorb chakra based attacks via rinnegan), and the two dojutsu are also effective against kyubi (madaras sharingan "made kyubi his pet"), and then of course theres mokuton which is another effective counter against tailed beasts, not to even mention just how formidable it is. and then theres madaras other abilities, and the abilities he hasnt shown yet (as hes still kinda 'playing around' with the kages)

however to give naruto and kyubi credit, they could likely counter madaras katons, and even 'dat rock' meteor (via tailed beast bomb), although the combination of sharingan, rinnegan, and mokuton, all of which effectively counter tailed beasts, seem to give madara overwhelming advantages here

it seems as if narutos sage mode would be of most use in this battle, and with all of his kyubi 'power-ups' lately, its sort of flown under the radar

Naruto was faster than A with RS clones, and his Kurama mode is monumentally faster. But does that put him at A+Onoki speed?

Well Naruto was faster than A with RS clones, which means he should be even faster in Kurama mode. How fast do you A+Onoki speed is?

Onoki makes him go lighter so even much faster obviously but its unquantifiable.

His Kurama mode was compared to Minato's FTG in short range distance to Kakashi.

I am pretty sure BM Naruto is the fastest character.

It's not even a meteor. Just because someone called it a meteor, doesn't make it a meteor. Added to the fact that its speed is nowhere near the speed of a real meteor's.

In addition, due to the destructive capacity of the "meteor", Madara would have to use said attack a good distance away in hopes of not getting caught by the blast.

Although, this concept of summoning meteors is new since I've never actually seen it and don't have any idea of prep.

IIRC, Madara doesn't need any prep to summon "meteors".

As far as being hurt by the "meteor" goes, OP says the meteor won't kill Madara so I'm going to go ahead and assume that the meteor is harmless to Madara.
Also, I was using it in terms as a defensive technique if Naruto blitzes.

Madara should be within the Hypersonic range, given his placement in the manga.

I do believe there was a calculation for the size of the "meteor". In the OBD, we concluded that the size of the "meteor" was the size of a mountain.

Yes, it is. However, Naruto is currently the strongest verse in the HST when it comes to raw destructive capacity.
