But you are right about how kids play M games now like its nothing. I don't get parents these days. My parents let me play Mortal Kombat when I was like 5 a few times, but back then graphically speaking the game wasn't super bad. It looked very spoof like if you will. But graphics nowadays are so much more realistic that it blurs the line between reality and fantasy. And given real life instances in some games, for example Call of Duty, such violence and bloodshed is encouraged. Little kids look at the game and go, "Cool, I'm an American (or what have you) shooting up bad guys and terrorists and what not!" It's looked upon as being right.

But you have to agree for certain story elements in Storm 3 no blood wouldn't look right at all.

@shadow Yea exactly and you know whats funny, the multiplayer isn't even what makes the game bad for kids. Its the story mode , Black Ops II story mode, the General was the definition of potty mouth but im 19 so I thought it was funny but I wouldn't let my kids play CoD unless they were like 15, well story mode anyways

@Anti *starts to clap* exactly thats why I say there should be blood cuz obviously if you seen the anime or read the manga then why should the game bother you

Yes I do agree. But I'm saying blood is not what makes the game haha. It could have blood and realistic clothes damage, scars on their faces, and dirt marks, but if the game plays like crap then it won't make a difference.

Not to say this game will play like crap, but what I mean is, aesthetics only can do so much for a game.

I don't really WANT blood unless the technique involves blood. Like if Hidan uses his ultimate, I expect there to be blood on his scythe and crap. Same goes for Otachi and Sasuke when they use Amaterasu.

All I want is tattered or ripped clothing..

Well yeah that's all we were saying really. Other blood apart from that seems pretty pointless.
Episode was pretty cool, hopefully Nagato uses Planetary Devastation somewhere in his moveset (if he's confirmed playable). It'd work as an ultimate.
Looking forward to some Kage action next week.

Wow its obvious news is scarce.... where is everyone getting this info about blood from?.....I think its already clear most of the blood scenes will be done in black and white such as mifunes...and sasuke attacks. And my weigh in on that issue brings me to the answer which will solve alot of debates ...and that answer is choices....all we need is more player choices and everyone will be happy. If they add blood then a very intelligent thing to do is to add options to control the amount of blood seen.

I feel the same way about the hiding of the select screen. Instead of making one final choice to block it completely from the opponent like in generation. I think it would be better to leave that choice to the players to choose if they want to privatize who they select for battle. Most fighting games online have an option to conceal or reveal what chars get selected such as soulcalibur and mk ect.

So once again it its all about options and choices....personally I dont like the blood. I did like how dbz handled there blood since it only appeared as cuts and scrapes and was nothing over the top but they also had clothing damage. Blood without the actual clothing damage is unnecessary in my opinion.


Anyhow .....I guess this debate like others have spawned from lack of info and lack of anything to discuss due to what I think is overly tight promotional management and unfair regional bias.

well actually you made a good point. To be honest I've played alot of DBZ games and actually every single one ever made for console except Burst Limit cuz I didn't have a Xbox 360 yet but back on topic. Cuz of all the torn clothes and battle damage in DBZ games, until now I just realized that yes there wasn't any blood . Thats what I think CC2 should do with Storm games cuz if they had good destructible environment and now the bs their goin to have in Storm 3 which is a fence falling lol and battle damage while fighting like Ultimate Tenkaichi then we wouldn't even notice that theres no blood in Ninja Storm

blood is needed in some scenes to make it more realistic such as minato and Kushina getting impaled. apart from that im not bothered about blood.

as for no Ring Outs online...i think alot of people will be happy with this XD

i dont know why...but i feel a little dissapointed at that lol..im not one to exploit the flaws in a game..well sometimes XD but i just felt it added something more to stages..a little more depth..although saying that i suppose you can easily just use rasengan..and there we go lol

lol honestly online matches CAN be a right laugh :P especially tournaments...that reminds me..they NEED to fix it so that the tournament carries on even if the host leaves..that turdish behaviour is just abysmal -_- annoys me everytime.

i know but they might have changed it since then, that was a early screenshot i believe. though they tend to make it them black stains on there mouths and such lol Hinatas arm pain pole grab in storm 2 was just bad though lol there was blood in Itachi Vs Sasuke boss battle though so here's hoping
