Again, I can't really argue for Tenten unless we include anime feats. Best I can say is that she has a 3 in her Part 1 Databook speed stat, same as Dosu. Not that it means much.

It's just how they fight that puts her above him. She attacks from a distance with barrages of weapons, explosives, and scrolls concealing hundreds of weapons. He has to get in close and always wins based off of opponent's lack of knowledge.

Kabuto let himself be hit by it.
Lee didn't realize that dodging it would still damage his hearing and also couldn't move from using the lotus.
And Choji thought his ears were covered by Human Boulder but the water in his body vibrated.

Dosu was able to get in Lee and Sakura's face(Negleting Kabuto because he obvioulsy took that attack). Ten Ten certainly doesn't have any fets suggesting that she is faster than genin Sakura, certainly not Lee. Ten Ten likely action would be to block the attack, which means she would have already lost.

He got in Lee's face because Lee's body wasn't responding after he used the Lotus. It had nothing to do with speed. Lee jumped in front of Sakura.

Getting in Sakura's face doesn't mean much either...I'm just using common sense. She is on a team with Guy, Lee, and Neji, has to train with them, and spars with them on a regular basis. I even recall an anime scene where she managed to catch Guy in one of her traps and he admitted it would have taken him out.

Sakura is on a team with a jinchuriki and and Uchiha, doesn't mean she is any good.
No reason to expect Ten Ten to be faster than Sakura. So has no feats to prove otherwise.

If I am not mistaken, Vivi once found Tenten`s feat which puts her speed quite high.It is also hyped that she is the fastest Kunoichi from Konoha eleven!!!
