Yeah, it's not like it's super rare, there are a couple Japanese restaurants around my place that serve it, and not the instant kind either.

Yes,salt ramen. Tasted exactly like wantan noodles (I'm from Malaysia). No difference in taste,except that the ramen was saltier.
