The rematch!! Darth Maul vs Obi Wan

also, obi wan is his younger self, as in the first movie also

Darth Maul was basically a Sith Lord, and strong enough to be one. Only he couldn't be one because Plagueis already had an apprentice(Sidius).

The fact that he was able to fight off Qui Gon and Obi-Wan both should show that he was much better than Obi-Wan. He just let his overconfidence get the best of him. He thought Obi-Wan was disarmed and failed to realize Qui Gon still had his lightsaber next to his body. Either way, Maul was the better swordsman and could even use force lightning. He lost due to stupidity.

basically this Maul Destroys him really

the only fights you could have a legit rematch on when it comes to Jedi verses Sith (because of either PIS or Lucas own statements on the matter)

are Yoda vs Sidious - could have gone either way Yoda taking that nasty fall and the fact that back up was coming made it impossible to continue

and Mace Windu vs Sidous - Lucas has said Mace beat Palpy's ass and that the win was legit..fans rage allot

and Windu vs dooku is a dream match to many..two master duelists

the new novel implies Plageuis knew of Maul and welcomed it and was basically a heretic to then rule of two..which he passed on to palps

also he was alive during TPM..Siddy poisoned him during or after

it's surprisingly well written..recent EU work has been..shall we say less then steller

I actually like the New Jedi Order stuff. Legacy of the Force was good as well. Not sure how I feel about Fate of the Jedi, I have to finish reading it before I decide. I'm currently reading Darth Bane and The Old Republic trilogies.

sure I the pirate bay..you can find hundreds of gigs of material

but my advice to you..is to read Tales of the Jedi..especially the golden age of the sith comic series

very, very well done and it takes place thousands of years in the past

The books have always been in most book stores. I stop reading up until the new order it was boring and waste of time. The star wars books are repetitive to say the least. They train one become sith rinse and repeat.

Lucas just now realized the EU had Boba Fett survive the pit..despite that being twenty five years old news...and then no billed it

and basically retconned 9 decades of canon

including all of NJO

He actually hates his fans now out of spite he refuses to make a new movie. We won't be seeing another star wars until he's fertilizer. He only proves my point about star wars being overrated.
