Real Life Physics only applies when the mangaka wants it too or is often down enough in Shonen, or implied or if nothing else is shown on the contrary, then people apply real life physics.

Goes for any series, otherwise to isolate one series is bias.

LOL with all these 10,000 KM and Summoning weight more than 10 tons <- where it doesn't even specify the size and weight on manga yet.

And I still don't see any physical harm to Earlier series of Usopp alone where it showed he can survive from 10ton attack.

Still you have no valid proof from Naruto verse that their strength would exceed from 10ton force <- So in order for you to counter it, you have to use reality physics rules and apply it on naruto... and Yea reality Frog weight doesnt even pass 10 pounds.

You are taking this too far.

In manga or comics giant monsters are heavy used to demonstrate strength feats. Its the classic "cliche" norm.

Why change this for now? If you really want to apply this for here you might as well revise many other series physical strength.

Top tier Naruto strength only few handful though exceed 100 ton lifting mark strength. (the whole class 100 does from the MArvel strength thing)

Hmm have you read the battles arena?
In order for them to be pitted each other all energy matters are the same.
Energy = Reatsu = Chakra = Chi.

Reject and impact dials absorb energy and matter <- If energy and matter can be absorb by dials. I dont see how kyuubi chakra wont be absorb.

Usopp weapon -> Kabuto are fused with different type of Dials :P Its range is enormous, and Usopp can use it to strike individual targets quite accurately from seemingly impossible distances.

Not to forget usopp venus flytrap with tendrils (Pop Green).. <- It eat and immobilize. Venus FlyTrap pwns so bad :-)
