Sasuke wouldn't see it coming because Neji doesn't use the rotation until his opponent strikes and it's too late for them to dodge or stop what they are doing.

Example. When Naruto thought he punched him.

Now even though Sasuke is smarter than Naruto his ego and cockiness will cause him not to think the way he should and against the wrong person that can be just as bad as being stupid and Neji is that person.

That is assuming Neji would use it while sasuke is far away but as we've seen Neji doesn't need much time to use it, he can wait since chidori is so obvious until sasuke is like eight feet away and then use rotation in which case sasuke can't stop or dodge.

Yes, but Sasuke doesn't know anything about Neji and like I said before Neji doesn't rotate until it's too late for his opponents to stop.

Remember though it was only a little of his tai-jutsu Neji's seen Sasuke fight twice, while Sasuke has seen Neji fight zero times. So Sasuke wouldn't know a thing about how lethal Neji was.

So Neji has 360 degrees vision right.So Why would Neji Use his rotation If Sasuke is far away from him.Also when sasuke uses chidori he charges and he cannot stop.The same goes with naruto when he uses rasengan.So sasuke cannot stop charging.

If this is manga knowledge even so Hyuuga secrets are well kept hidden.

He knows they are dangerous but he doesn't know how far.

at eight or six feet charging at full speed it wouldn't matter neji doesn't need much time to use it, so by the time sasuke would see the neji start to spin there would be no way to avoid it.

Sasuke can only use two burst of chidori, so if he jumps, assuming that he could jump over Neji's rotation, then he has wasted a chidori and now only has one burst left and now that Neji has seen His chidori, I just don't see him being able to hit him with it.

He doesn't have any secret surprising energy source that Neji hasn't seen like Naruto did, he won't catch Neji of guard with what he's got.

You have a very little grasp of the concept of jumping, considering he doesn't need to use a Chidori to jump.

One what we were talking about was Sasuke using the chidori and Neji using the rotation to block it, so if he jumps to avoid the rotation then he woud have wasted a chidoi.

Secondly Neji already saw Sasuke's curse mark in the forest of death and he knows that it makes him stronger, but Sasuke couldn't even control it back then, in fact it paralyzed him so not only would it do him no good it would ultimately screw him in this match.

And lastly Neji doesn't rotate until it's too late for his opponent to stop so how would Sasuke be able to jump over it?
