ummmm how do you block it?
if sasuke or itachi cast amaterasu on a ninja,if the ninja gets a far enough distance from them,will the amaterasu wear off?
also will the yata mirror reflect it back at the user?

the amaterasu will burn you for 7 days and nights even if the caster leaves
and the yata mirror can only deflect if it is shoot at you but for sasuke he can create flames right on you and go past anything as long as you can spot the target and is in eye sight

Not only Sasuke,Itachi can do it too. The flame appears on the spot,you can burn your targets eyes only if you are pro enough lol.

Yata Mirror doesn't reflect things back to people, it changes its traits to cancel out the incoming attack. It should be able to block something like Amaterasu if it's really the best shield in the Naruto world.

If the target goes farther away after Ammy flames hit them, it's still going to be burning them. Its inextinguishable.

i remember in an ep where there were the amaterasu flames in the path, and then kakashi revealed his mangekyou sharingan, but then the scene ended right there...im guessing he could kamui them away

To Kamui something you probably need to use the same amount of chakra as the thing you are Kamuing has. So if Kakashi wanted to Kamui Yata Mirror,he'd probably pass out lol

It's easy to block it. You can just throw a piece of paper in front of you and it will block it since it incinerates anything in it's line of sight. In this case, a kunai/shuriken.

It's only bijuu sized if the target is a Bijuu.

if the target is you and you trow a kunay,the kunay won't block a 1 m diameter amaterasu but only 1-2 inches and the rest hits you,btw if it is so simple why all the characters didn't do it?

Which is easy especially when you have knowledge. You just have to do it as soon as you see the eye bleeding.

No. It covers the entire kunai unless you can prove to me that it can incinerate more than what's in it's line of sight. And everything that happens in the manga happens, and is called PnJ.

so you never heard of amaterasu but you know that eye bleeding is a post-efect of it

i can prove something
take a large thing like a TV then put a pencil in front of it,(the tv is the target ,the pencil is the kunay)no look at the TV ,the TV is in it's line of sight,not the pencil you are looking at the TV not at the pencil
it doesn't matter anyway amaterasu is instant after the first use,like with A ,and the target won't have time to trow a kunai,this method is imposible,even if you have an object bigger than the target,the single way to defend against amaterasu is to dodge,but as shown with danzo you can be caught in air where you can't do anything ,but in other cases like with A if the person is fast enough he can dodge

Stand behind something solid to block it. Remember: it only appears where the caster looks. Yes, te flames are super hot. But as long as you're not seen, you should be safe.

Amaterasu is a pretty hax technique: it's not easy to block or counter unless you have a unique array of abilities that are also ridiculously skillful or equally hax. Amaterasu is also interesting because it directly effects Naruto's character development. That's why Kishi decided to give Naruto Minato / A level speed and then made his full kyuubi transformation a cloak of chakra unlike Bee's where he turns into the physical beast.
