Spoiler: Mr. Kabs and his Jinchuriki

As we all know, the Kabs has resurrected the Jinchuriki. However, they are under Rinnegan control. However, what keeps Kabs from controlling the Jinchuriki in the first place? I think I see him using the Jinchuriki against Tobi once Tobi's caught Naruto and/or Bee. Once that happens, he'll have all of the bijuu in his control.

Thoughts?

Kabuto may have the Jinchuriki but Tobi has the Tailed Beasts. As long as he controls them, he controls the Jinchuriki.

yeah oro's man servant could controll them but without tobi's upgrades they wouldnt last a minute in this war thats why they're dead in the first place they are just puppets for the master at this point.

But Tobi just controls the bijuu, so hypothetically speaking, Mr. Kabs still can control all of their other jutsu, right?
