Hollow Ichigo is Normal Ichigo powers. Ichigo still has the power which is the reason Ginjo could use them.

but he is still hasn't used his hollow powers... hollow ichigo is different from normal ichigo... and he isn't exactly part of the powerset of ichigo... its a totally different version...

His hollow powers are apart of him. Even when he lost his powers it was still apart him. Ginjo mentioned it when he stole Ichigo's fullbring. As soon as I get a chance I will post the chapter number.

yes i know that... but it can;t be said that hollow ichigo is ichigo considering they have a different mind and will... ichigo is not the one in control when he goes hollow form so claiming that hollow ichigo is like a form that he can go into willingly is not valid... granted, a TS can explicitly make a stipulation stating what version of ichigo will be used in a thread...

Bleachverse fodder are the one of the most useless fodder I have ever seen. They don't do anything. I mean literally nothing at all.

The only thing I recall them doing is that 2nd Divisions Soifon's ninja look alike fodder surrounded Yoruichi and got instantly destroyed.

if the debate is still going on op fodder should smash, most vice admirals are fodder, hell by powerscaling impel down level 6 fodder should be a big hit to the other verses fodder

how is he going to heal people when he or his commrades are dead are dead, tbh the bleach fodder are the actual fodder here. it goes down to narutoverse vs op verse. op verse should win, the only problem is that one guy who can make the mountain sandwich, but a vice admiral should see his tech and lay him out
