Most likely yes, as long as the Naruto series continues to be popular and people are buying the products, they will have a sequel. Will they call it Ninja Council 5 is beyond me.

Of course there will be, but there is pretty much a garuntee that it will be badly made. They release the DS games mostly for money, thats what I believe.

there is. wel kinda. the new one they made after ninja council 4 is: Naruto Shippuden 2,so in a way it's the 5th one

also, im not sure if they are gonna stick with ninja council name, or make a new one, or make the name naruto shippuden 3,4,5,ect.
