A giant snake is just as easy to kill by stabbing it in the head as a normal sized human. Kabuto dies one way or the other.

Incorrect you are forgetting Kabuto massive regeneration he had before the upgrade. Also that doesn't apply to Kabuto's manda clone. So he can easily buy enough time to summon an edo.

Assuming Kabuto is stabbed in the face. Wouldn't chakra disruption blade negate his control over his chakra?

He shouldn't be slow.

He was around Part 1 Kakashi's level.

Its just he has nothing to defend himself against Bansho Tenin other than his shadow striking snake hands.

And also he is mainly featless.

No he should be above Orochimaru.

Orochimaru stopped being Top Tier quite some time ago based on his abilities minus ET.

Unless he summoned really powerful Edo Tensei.

Still hard to image that Orochimaru would get defeated by a BT + chakra rod. What I was saying is that Orochimaru's feats should go directly to Kabuto, as even Sasuke who absorbed him to a lesser extent (not much signs given) was able to use a crap-load of his abilities including Oral Rebirth. But since is the BG I'm assuming it won't apply

I am pretty sure his speed should be at the level he can get a snake or two off before he gets tagged. Also he is still pretty efficient with his bodies. But you are right is currently lacking in the feats category.

Speculation. Sasuke reversed Orochimaru's Living Corpse Reincarnation (how is beyond me, but Kishi will be Kishi). Kabuto grafted parts of Orochimaru's corpse onto his own body (Plot Hole no Jutsu!).

Two totally different things

Wait a minute isn't the standard distance 50 meters?

Probability wise he can just summon Manda 2.

Unless Deva Immediately does Bansho Tenin.

Well CT may negate that.

I am pretty sure he can survive a ct with his regeneration. It is highly unlikely Nagato can stop him from get any types of summons off. If he gets a chance to stall and summon up his edo he should win. Though even then. Nagato is easily the strongest individual when it comes to sealing with bansho tenin. He isn't technically outmatched even with the edo on the field.

Bansho tenin had Naruto's movements completely sealed before Naruto went beserk. Even though Madara has all of his techniques on steroids Nagato uses them a bit more efficiently. He could easily create openings with an st at full power.
