That's because he set it up beforehand. It requires numerous bodies, DNA of the people he's reviving, time to perform the summoning and time to set the control tags into the Edos heads.

And even if Edo Tensei didn't require preparation, Bansho Tenin + facestab = Dead Kabuto.

I assume you mean White Snake Possession, which is A: Anime only and B: a technique that Kabuto hasn't shown to possess.

So Kabuto's in for a world of face-stabby fun. And even supposing that Kabuto did have it, and did use it, it takes no effort for Pain to stab the snake. So either way, Kabuto dies.

Before or after he snake spams. Then he has plenty of time for prep. Also if you want to use him needing a sacrifice or bodies as in him needing prep your wrong. For one he keeps bodies on hand as standard equipment. Go back to the chapter when he used that decoy on yamato.
