What anime have you seen in which the plot twist surprised you the most?

As for me, so far, I've been most surprised by Kannazuki no Miko and Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt.

Both of those are rated M by the way. So, yeah.

The giant pair of legs falling from the sky was weird enough.
