Ugh I'm not too good on anime/movie feats so not sure if I should try with just manga feats lol

just try with Manga. Tobi has no movie feats or anime if IIRC.

Tobi can't warp or use Izanagi. The Sannin have full knowledge on his phasing ability and how to overcome it, have full prep for practically unlimited healing, and have anime feats for Needle Hell, Crushing Toad Stomach and giant earthen shields. And on top of that Jiraiya starts in SM and Orochimaru is healthy. Without a doubt this the Sannin at their strongest.

Though, even then, I'm not sure if they could stand up to so many jinchuuriki at once. Boss Summons may be able to pose some threat against Bijuu, particularly Katsuyu, whose huge durability and dividing abilities allow her to last a long time, along with Manda, whose speed makes him a difficult target. Granted Tobi can't control 6 bijuu at once, but he can control at least 2, along with 4 other transformed jinchuuriki. Jinchuuriki like Yugiito and Han, who are highly fast and quite skilled at taijutsu, to the point that they could nearly blitz Killer Bee, would certainly make life difficult for Orochimaru and Tsunade at least. Those two would have to rely on mass healing via Katsuyu divisions, Sozou Saisei and snake regeneration to survive being wounded.

Jiraiyas Dark Swamp may play a key role in sinking the Bijuu, Frog Song could be useful as well, since with preparation all the Sannin can block the sound with earplugs, Tobi doesn't have knowledge on the technique either. Tsunade's mass healing, masses of slug divisions, and earthen defences are brilliant support when it comes to blocking or healing from attacks which would otherwise be impossible to do so, and Orochimaru's Sea of Snakes and Rashomon gates prove as great defences against Bijuu blasts and other, weaker attacks too. Mind you, support and defence is about as much as Orochimaru and Tsunade can do here, theres little chance of them actually injuring anything significantly, Tsunade's Rashinsho might work on paralysing a Bijuu assuming she puts enough chakra into the technique, but I'd say thats about as much damage she could do here.

Orochimaru could resurrect bodies with Edo Tensei too, powerful ones like the Third Raikage and Second Mizukage for example. Though, he has limited control of them, as we saw during the Invasion of Konoha Arc, Hashirama and Tobirama are certainly a lot stronger than what they were in their zombie forms.

As you can probably tell from my style of writing here, everything is a bit cluttered, both sides have a lot of members, 6 jinchuuriki one side, and 3 Sannin with countless boss summons and edo tensei zombies on the other. Both sides have incredible offence, and huge defence too, they have endless amounts of techniques and feats they could perform. I could talk all day, but that would be tedious to read, so a quick conclusion will suffice. I think that the Sannin can put up a good fight, and give the Jinchuuriki and run for their money, but eventually I see them being overwhelmed, Bijuus power are on a whole other level to humans.

None of the sanin have a sustained 10 minute attack. Furthermore, full prep still doesn't give them the knowledge that Tobi's phasing lasts ten minutes, only Konan knew that.

Tobi could probably win this without the jinchuriki, with them it is a pretty easy victory. Distract the sanin with two jinchuriki each then phase over to each one individual and stab them with a kunai.

You couldn't kill the Sannin by stabbing them with Kunai. Orochimaru got his arm ripped off, his body was torn in half and then blasted by a [albeit weakened] Menacing ball and even then, he simply laughed it off. Jiraiya was impaled by Pein, his throat crushed, arm ripped off, and he could still move about. Tsunade got stabbed by Orochimaru's sword three times, she got punched and kicked around by Kabuto along with being hit by Chakra Scalpels, and she could still fight. Not to mention she took a Chou Shinra Tensei and lived.

I agree they lose, but no kunai is killing them. =| I also think that by himself and without MS, Tobi has no chance of beating them.

Maybe not Oro, but Jiraiya was killed by being stabbed essentially.

No she didn't. She was hidden in her slug along with everyone else. A kunai through her eye she would survive. IN a pinch, Tobi could always use his death genjutsu that killed Konan. All Sannin are weak against genjutsu.

If Sannin are weak against genjutsu then almost everyone should be. There should be some differentiating in skill. I mean the Sannin are nearly above everyone else.

Tobi never really utilized combat genjutsu.

There was no slug big enough to shield her any where near her when we saw her after being hit. And Tobi used a genjutsu on Konan to make her tell him where Nagato was. She died shortly after because she had been impaled, and had no chakra left either. That, or he used Tsukyomi. And not all the Sannin are weak to genjutsu, Jiraiya was able to train Naruto in how to dispel it, so he has at least some resistance to it. He states that the key to dispelling genjutsu is high intelligence and high chakra control, both of which team-mate Tsunade excels in, there is no reason why she couldn't dispel high level illusions. [though perhaps not Tsukyomi] .

I'd also like to think Orochimaru has some resistance to basic genjutsu at least.

Son Goku the Four Tailed Beast is busting Naruto's chops. At best only Jiraiya comes close to maybe approaching that level in his wildest dreams. The Sannin get vaporized by TBB spam.


Though something tells me that Lady Tsunade will somehow try to argue that Tsunade can tank them. In my experience, people who name themselves after characters rarely have a realistic view about those characters.
