You are confusing arrogance with experience. It isn't like I just got this game yesterday and claim to be the best player ever. I have been playing this game for a while now, I have ran into just about every spam in the game multiple times. As well as tons of trial and error to countering the spams.

You go out of your way to make false accusations just to insult me because you are too ignorant to see that I'm not arrogant. I just know what I am talking about.

And the post you quoted. That isn't a claim, it happened.

I feel like a broken record because I have been over this so many times. But I guess this is finally a spammer thread so might as well say it again. There are three problems with asking spammers to stop spamming.

1. Definitions of spamming differ. I asked you to define spam in this thread because there are many definitions of spam I have heard on this forum. Projectile spam, substitution spam, Jutsu spam, guard jumping spam. People have problems with some or all of these in varying degrees. They are all called spam, but when you say "I lost to a spammer" that is a very vague statement. You cannot hold other people to imaginary rules only you can possible know. Unless it's a friend who knows all of your rules. So when you say "Stop spamming" to the whole world you are invalidation many strategies and tactics people may feel are legitimate to them. For example you think Sub->Throw is cheap spam, but someone else might thing it's smart.

2. There is no reason to stop. Why would they stop? If you cannot beat them, and they are getting wins, and the goal is to get wins, why would they stop? To make sure YOU have a better experience? That is very unreasonable. Seems better to just man up and learn to play better.

3. It is a slippery slope to call certain tactics spam instead of smart. Personally, I hate when people sub and team jutsu me. I HATE IT! I get really mad. However it is 100% hands down the best move every single time. So is it spam or smart playing? Let's say we had the power to ban things and we bad Sub->Team Jutsu and it can no longer be done. What is next? Should we also ban sub->Ultimate Jutsu? I mean it's just a litter worse... Might as well. Ban throwing projectiles more than 2 times in a row also. I think it's clear where this is going, but if it isn't ... the point is SOMETHING will always be "the best" and/or "cheap, annoying." Even if everyone stops "spamming" as we know it. The next thing will just become spamming.

So for real, grow up, learn to beat it or quit playing.

That is not the point the problem I have is not that I can't beat them, but is gets kind of stupid when a guy for example is using Minoto and all he does is try to sub and use rasengan and, even though you've played about 5 matches already and he knows that it's not going to work on you. That he constantly keeps trying to do it anyway. Or when someone purposely let you beat up on them and them just so they can try to use their awakening.

Or how someone can't take a loss so they quit on you.

My point being is that you really don't need to try and think to beat these people and, pretty soon it starts to seem like your fighting the same people over and, over again.

Now sure I'd like the spamming to stop because, of how ridiculous it is. I mean if wanted to fight somebody who did the exact same thing over and over I'd fight my 6 year old little cousin and, is it really so unreasonable to ask that you at least put some thought into it when you fight people.

This is where the definition ceases. He's not making claims. Infact, he's encouraging people TO FACE HIM. If he was just talk, would he really do that?

This is what happened to my Shino "claim". I expected people to say "Ok, let's see if it works against me" or "Try me!". Instead, everyone cowers away claiming me or others who encourage people to face them to be "arrogant". Very convinient, but alas you don't do anything to prove us we're wrong.

I'm a 9.999.999 BP Hero already. I have 2990 wins and 462 losses. You call people like that arrogant? How so? Do you have more wins? Are you better? If not, then what's up with you calling those people arrogant? That's experience.

I understand where you're coming from, because some people like to treat me same, when infact they're just being superficial. All they see is the "claim". At the same time, most cower away when you challenge them. But that's understandable I suppose. Sometimes it can be hard to accept that someone can be simply better than you.

Anyway, I'm sure you're a pretty good player. Sucks you have 360, since I'm on PS3 and I'd love to test myself against you. All I can show is a vid online, from a battle of mine. I got bested, but this was waaaayyyy back in July, so I'm very different and much better now. I rarely even use Chiyo anymore. Anyway, here it is, I'm the first battle:

I find it pretty funny how people start complaining about spammers, but of course they totally know how to beat them. It's pretty laughable really. Do you know how much time I spend thinking about people I easily beat? 0 time. I only spend time thinking and complaining about people I cannot beat.

Also people seriously let you beat them up just so they can awaken? Seems like they are just throwing the game I have never EVER seen someone get to awakening mode by letting me beat on them. Also are you saying that simply awakening is now spamming? Because awakenings are a pretty integral part of the gameplay.

Is that not what he's doing by flaunting his wins? I never said he wasn't good, in fact despite that I've probably played over 3000+ myself, I will not sit here and assume I am better then him or anyone else.

By definition, good or bad at the game, he is arrogant. Yes, it's arrogant to put others down because they can't beat you at a game. Yes it's arrogant to assume you are better.

I respect that he tried to help that Akatsuki guy, don't me wrong, but some of his responses can be seen as disrespectful no matter how good he is.
