yeah but susanoo cannot be broken by any of his jutsus leaving Minato unable to attack and Sasuke with a unbreakable defence whilst he tries to get Minato in genjutsu

Well, he might be able to break it with multiple raesengan barrages, and even though Sasuke's Susano is fast, Minato is faster. I doubt Sasuke can catch him in genjustu. There is just no way he can catch Minato, the question is if raesengans can break Susano.

And Susano has been broken before by one of the Raekages strikes, and one of them said that he was no on par with the yellow flash, so if the raekage can do it Minato can break it too

He doesn't have to break Susanoo he just waits until Sasuke tires himself out and dies from Susanoo draining his life force

Minato will wear out as well from dodging all of his attacks and trying to break susanoo with rasengans

He wouldn't rasengan at all and Susanoo drains Sasuke's stamina much faster than Minato running around

But Itachi had a stronger stage of Susano than sasuke. stage one is the one that sasuke used on the 5 kages, the second is the bow and arrow, the thrid is the one Itachi uses, if you watch the episodes you can tell. Sasuke almost used it against Kakashi but wasn't strong enough to use it.

And Minato doesn't run around it is a teleportation justu which he can maintain for a while, much longer than sasuke can use susano.
