That's the thing, the chakra its absorbing is already balanced.

Normally, you turn into stone when you absorb too much nature energy. For example: Suppose that the right amount was 33% Phyiscal/33% Mental/34% Nature energy. If you did 30%physical/30%/60%Nature, you'd turn into a frog. If Samehada constantly absorbed the nature energy straight through his body like Preta did, then only the Nature part would increase and thus tip the balance. But if he absorbs the regular balanced chakra, he'd gain all 3 proportionally.

i would go with jiraiya solely because if kisame took to his water jutsu (the one where he trapped bee-san in) jiraiya would be able to counter this with his toads and be able to adjust to the enviornment. i say jiraiya destroys him with a rasengan about the same size as kisame's fish tank lol
