1 clone of RM Naruto beat haxed Kage level ninja. He's adapted his clones to be extremely haxxxxed themselves. If he did something like attack a whole clan than he'd most likely use them too

He is way too fast and clones can take on kages. Naruto moves in a flash and facepalms Jiraiya with Rasenshuriken, killing him brutaly. Jiraiya can't beat him.

With Jiraiya vs Nagato, it depends on the situation. Jiraiya could've beaten Pain if he knew his secret because he could have just gone to immobile, weak Nagato instead of fighting the paths of pain.

Nagato vs Naruto is debatable too.
