its still more true than youre theory that you can copy a kekai genkai (which Kakashi states you cannot do) or copy a susanoo which there has been no proof supporting

It's using logic.
The logic is, Kakashi already has the Kekkei Genkai needed for Susanoo, (Mangekyou Sharingan) giving him the ability to copy Susanoo.
