Minato vs. The 3rd Raikage

What do you think? Would Minato be able to figure out the secret to his success (lol I just wanted to say that) or would the Third be too much for him?

No knowledge? I highly doubt it. For that matter, Minato can't sense as well as Sage Mode Naruto can, since he couldn't even counter the 3rd in RS Mode, which was superior to Minato.

Well in terms of speed, Minato with FTG outclasses the third. No question about that. However, Minato has no jutsu in his arsenal to take out the 3rd. The only way Minato can win is if he rings out the 3rd by teleporting him away.

3rd Raikage has pretty much no way to hurt Minato. He'll get killed eventually no questions asked knowledge or not. 3rd Raikage can be a tank sure but he cant tank countless rasengan that smashed a huge hole in the ground with 1 hit, over and over again while he cant lay 1 finger on Minato.

^Actually I think that the Third Raikage could brush off Rasengan after showing his durability feats thus far, though in the end it's pretty much only Death Reaper Seal drawing

Well I mean even given infinite lives I would kill Superman eventually. Since theres a rule you cant just "sit around and wait for them to die of old age" or whatever it is, Raikage has nothing to hurt Minato at all and even if he brushes off Rasengan he can just keep attacking him over and over, he'll die.

FTG must take a hell load of chakra if 3 of his elite ninja had to combine their forces to use it. He's facing the guy that fought for 3 days straight before falling. I believe that Minato has something to take him out, but it's never been on-panel so I can't say anything.

FTG doesnt take a lot of chakra for Minato since hes the one who made it, in all his flashbacks he basically spammed it.

It never showed to actually take chakra, it takes skill, the 3 ninja able to perform it was just hyping/showing his ability. yes I do think he can keep it going even if it did take chakra until 3rd Raikage died, it wouldnt last 3 days, Minatos powerful rasengans are a lot stronger than fodder ninjas attacks of course. Minato spammed over and over and over again, I mean its really doubtful it wastes his chakra or he'll run out any time soon from using simply FTG.

Plus the Third Raikage has very good reflexes (refer to his FRS dodging) and every time it gets easier and easier for him. It's not like he equips Rasengan every time either. Wasn't everybody saying that Tsunade stood a chance against Minato here?

Well I think that Tsunade stands a good chance against Minato..
but I dont think Tsunade is exactly outclassed by 3rd Raikage either
