Yep. Though Naruto being in character he wouldn't kill them (such has using Rasen Shuriken or any tailed beasts mode.)
Most likely he'd go Sage Mode and incapacitate them both. Naruto wins without much difficulty.

Well chapter 1 Naruto beats Hinata and it would take probably around SRA Naruto to beat Sakura. For RM Naruto I would literally say that his finger solos.
