But he's not very fast with weights on. Neji is as fast as KN0, because he kept up with him.

Taking weights off are OOC, he doesn't do it without Guy's permission. And as stated before, Neji is as fast as KN0. KN0 is faster than weightless Lee. We know this because, Sasuke was getting overwhelmed by KN0 even with Lee's speed in the VotE (before his Sharingan evolved)

Weird. I was sure you were wrong about something but when I read your post just now everything matched up to what I was going to say. "You're wrong, KN0 was too fast for Sasuke and he had to resort to 3 tomoe to keep up thats when Naruto went KN1." I was going to say something like that but I read your post and realized nothing was wrong. I have no idea where I got the idea you were wrong but huh.

Anyway guys. Like I was going to tell mega, just read chapter 229 and around there for confirmation on what he said.

I don't know about Neji keeping up with KN0 & I myself think that Lee wins but, what I do know for sure is 2 tomoe Ssauke=>Weightless lee, and KN0 Naruto was too fast for 2 Tomoe Sasuke and he had to go 3 tomoe to keep up.

Naruto went KN1 after that and sasuke had to go CS2 yet again and there you go. Everything Mega said was right. I think.

No, weightless Lee > 2 tomoe Sasuke. Even weighted Lee kicked Sasuke before he was able to react with his Sharingan on. Chapter 37 page 20

And on 104 page 7 is when Neji kept up with KN0

Yeah, he would. Neji wouldn't be able to keep up with that spinny thing he does. Where he runs around them creating dust and then blitzes. Neji's best reaction feats are keeping pace with KN0 and random kunai/arrows from kido. And 1st Gate Lee trumps all of those. And if he took his weights off to fight Neji like YOU said, then he would know that weightless isn't enough, and he's gonna go 1st Gate.

If KN0=Kn.5, then neji would have been smashed down. And Neji definitely doesn't have the strength to hold back huge ass snakes. He could've said "like against Haku" in this instance. He mentioned the training because it was the most recent experience of using the Kyuubi's power.Uh. Thats.... bs... He was specific. he said DURING THE TRAINING. keyword DURING. He's used KN.5 multiple times before. KN0 is simply using the Kyuubi's chakra instead of his own, he's not turning into the fox in any way shape or form.


He have to do it to both hands, and that would take quite a while. And that could only mean that the first gate makes Lee as fast as when he takes his weights off. The speed that Neji can keep up with.Since when does Lee still wear weights? In that Kimimaro fight he didn't wear them.

He's not faster when he has weights on and has only opened the first gate. Keep in mind that he kept up with KN0. Neji didn't start moving until he fell.
Lee doesn't wear weights anymore. Even if he did, the only restriction on Lee was the Initial Lotus.

You'd think Neji knows every single one of Lee's techniques, and either prevent them or block them with Kaiten. He basically has counters to everything Lee has, to Lee's disadvantage.

How can you counter what you can't track?
IIRC Neji couldn't even track Jirobo...

No, I'm not referring to the wave arcs Sasuke. Sasuke still had 2 tomoe up until his fight with Naruto, the one that fought Gaara was much faster and was stated to be as fast as weightless Lee at least that, and he trained more since then, and unlocke the curse seal. Not to mention, it was when he was in CS1 he was keeping up with KN0.

Those short clashes were not "keeping up with" but you can believe what you will, Naruto can only get stronger since then. Considering the page after, Narutos punch broke through Neji's kaiten I dont doubt Lee's much stronger attacks abilities to do so either.
