You are basing Itachi is weaker than Sasuke around the fact that Sasuke beat Itachi back then.

Itachi lost to Sasuke because it was PnJ. Itachi was dying due to his illness. And honestly, Sasuke would have lost if Itachi didnt have his illness and PnJ protecting him

The whole point of Edo tensei Itachi was to showcase at least healthy Base Itachi when he fights seriously.

Anywho, by feats I hand this to Itachi for various obvious reasons already stated in previous posts. By speculation, I give it to Danzo as I'd believe other than his wind style and sharingan, he has other jutsu up his sleeve. We haven't seen any of his earth or water style techniques, assuming that he actually has any that aren't combined to utilize wood style. I mean, by default he has to have earth and water just to wield wood. I imagine as Hiruzen's rival, he wouldn't allow himself to far insanely behind in number of jutsu mastered. Seeing as Hiruzen reportedly mastered all the jutsu Konoha has to offer(of which chakra natures he possesses.)

A common misconception is that Izanagi cant stop the sword of Totsuka from sealing Danzo. This is not true as you have to be stabbed first then Itachi continues to seal you its nothing automatic or simultaneous.

I used to actually think Itachi won in a fight against Itachi and Danzo or even think that it was instant and it just took a second for Orochimaru because it just had to "activate". That's obviously not the case since we've seen Itachi stab Nagato and he didn't seal him until he chose.

The stab through the chest is what Danzo uses Izanagi on clearly & other than not being sealed by totsuka he has 10 minutes to beat Itachi when every attack Itachi uses is useless and has all the tools capable to do that.

Fine, Danzo is fast. Either way, whipping and out and using is certianly longer than Sasuke using a fireball, which was all the time needed for Danzo to get behind him. Also remember, the suction is enough to suck in Susano'o. Sasuke had to have it dig into the ground with Susano'os arms. Itachi would have to do likewise. Sasuke's was amored not cloaked. There has been no evideince that the cloak adds added defense, it seems to add only offensive powers. Actually it didn't completely tank Kirin, it protected Itachi but fell apart. Added to the fact that Danzo attack breaks though Susano'o, we saw it happen. Pretty much showing that Danzo 's attack is stronger than Kirin. That is all Danzo needs to do is expose Itachi, which he can do using his vacuum attacks because they worked on Sasuke.

Vacuum bullets not wind, lack of air actually. Show a fire attack stopping the momentum of a wind attack, it has never happened. In fact, Baku proves that the wind is continued in the fire. So Itachi would have fireballs coming at him rather than just wind. How does that help him? Danzo may not be able to stop Itachi's fire attacks with his wind style, but that doesn't stop his bullets from forcing Itachi to have to move.

Amateratsu wouldn't be faster than fireball, it just be the same and then Itahci be even further weakened.

First off, saying Baku is going to disable Itachi's CLEARLY superior Susano'o, is just lololol. You honestly don't think, with full knowledge of Danzo's abilities, he's going to figure out how to immediately take care of Baku? This is the same guy who managed to figure out how to destroy the strongest jutsu of the series, in a few seconds, with no knowledge.

Amaterasu doesn't need to be faster than the fireball. Baku is sucking everything in, so he's going to suck Amaterasu right into its mouth. The minute that happens, he's done.

Itachi is faster than Danzo on the ground. You remember in part 1, Sasuke and Kakashi couldn't even keep up with Itachi's movement. Even in part 2, Sasuke was much slower than Itachi.

And you knock Itachi's stamina, but even on his deathbed, he was able to outlast Sasuke who was at full health. So that's invalid. He is not dying in this fight, nor any other fight in the battlegrounds unless stated otherwise.

And yes, all of Danzo's vacuum attacks are still wind release. Even the manga calls them Huton beforehand,

Danzo may have 10 minutes to fight, but even Tobi stated that Danzo becomes considerably weaker and more drained after every use. Itachi just has too many tools to win this fight, Wooster. Especially when it comes to Genjutsu. Izanagi does not stop Genjutsu, as Sasuke proved by making Danzo believe he had an extra Sharingan during their entire fight. All Itachi has to do is outlast Danzo, something he can easily do by resorting to Genjutsu, clone explosions, Fire attacks, Amaterasu, shadow clones...Itachi isn't going to ever allow himself to get touched by Danzo with knowledge.

As for Danzo, he was weak and foolish enough to be "Killed" by Sasuke 10 times during their fight. This was a less intelligent Sasuke who started with no knowledge, no use of clones, and who was getting angry and rushing Danzo after being goaded. He also managed to break out of Danzo's sealing through pure willpower, so I'm still not impressed much by that.

And the bottom line is, nothing is going to break Yata Mirror. Nothing is going to avoid Totsuka sword. He has 4 ways to instantly destroy Baku, being regular fireballs, Amaterasuk Yasaka, and Totsuka. There goes Danzo's best weapon who can then only resort to cowardice and running away, while hoping Itachi runs out of chakra before 10 minutes are up.

If Danzo was fooled by Sasuke's weak genjustu, then Itachi will have no problem using Tsukuyomi on him

Itachi has shown to be very intelligent. I simply think he out strategizes Danzo.

From what I've seen, Danzo gets a lot of hype for the sharingan's but his battle strategy sucks. Unless someone wants to add lack of creative writing on top of PnJ, He is a fail.

He is well aware of the elemental jutsu. He should have known that Fire wielding Uchiha's are a bad mix for anything that combines wind and suction. Common sense.

On top of that, he barely does any effective jutsu's other than his last ditch seal. He lost with the 9 lives of a cat.

I hoped he would be bad a@@. But he wasn't. He was a powerful guy who despite age and status, had a weak mind.

Almost forgot. He knew Madara(Tobi) was there and that he needed to save chakra for another potential fight. Instead he uses every last sharingan in his arm.

It's not by that match, the first part was pretty much a genjutsu fight (Itachi gave in more into the genjutsu fight anyways with Tsukuyomi) and then Itachi used a Katon to blow the top of the Uchiha Hideout. Sasuke protected himself with a CM wing and they both used katons. Itachi was losing so he pulled out Amaterasu (high chakra-usage too). He then used a second one, in which Sasuke responded with Oral Rebirth and CM Lvl2 Katons. This made Kirin, which Sasuke said himself doesn't require much chakra. From there on, Itachi used Susano'o (very high chakra-usage too) and was in it for a good amount of time before going down. That was also sick Itachi too.
