If there is a Jonin Commander that commands all the Jonin in Konoha, then are there also Chunin Commanders that command all the Chunin forces in the village??

I dont think that there would be a Genin Commander since most Genins are lead by Jonins or Chunins because they have yet to become independent in times of peace. However I would think that would a Chunin Commander to command the Chunin forces on basic things like organization of the Chunin forces

Iruka usually acted like a commander, especially around the Konoha Invasion Arc.
