Spoiler A great follow-up to Naruto

I would love it if Kishi followed up Naruto with one full season to each of the Akatsuki.


Each would have their emotional moments, their early adventures, and their most important/career defining fights, including the one that was either the biggest rep builder or personal victory. Joining an organization of other bad a@@ ninja. fighting bijuu. Dying.

By season order.

1. Kisame- We start with a taijutsu user with good speed, amazing strength and with a ckara pool the biggest karin had ever seen in one place. 30%, his clone that fought Guy, was said to be equal to Naruto's chakra. It was unusually big for akatsuki standards even.

His rise as a swordsman. His honor code of protecting secrets. Analytical, knowing exactly what his enemies strategy should be and is while they fight. The Challenging and killing the prior holder of Samehada, his sensei (sold secrets). And then becoming the new guy of the Seven Swordsman. Fitting in. Killing those he believed were traitors. Becomes "Monster of the Hidden Mist." Finding out "Madara"/Tobi is controlling the 4th Mizukage. Pain recruits Kisame. saying he's the only person he ever met with more chakra then himself. First partners with kakuzu, until Sasori brings back Itachi. Becomes close frinds with Itachi. Capturing the 4 tails by himself. Knows Itachi's sickness and deeply respects him as a fighter and the leader of the two. Kills self to protect secrets.

2. Kakuzu- We Get to see him as a rising assassin and then the best assassin. His failure vs Hashirama. (and lived! and that was before the threads!) became pissed and violent to his people. Was imprisoned. Broke out and killed the elders. Stole their hearts. Stole forbidden jutsu. Becoming near imortal. Hunting top level ninja for hire and to add hearts and elemental jutsu. Starts his own ninja for hire organization. And meets Pain, a god-like figure who has a similar idea, but only of the most power fighters in the world. Pain recruits him. Becomes the second member of Akatski. Kills his partners when he's enraged in fights. His perspective in fight vs Kakashi and the others.

3. Orochamuru -We see his fall, or was he always a little twisted? Rewatch his famous fights from his perspective. Including vs Hanzo. Quest for Eternal life, and learning every jutsu. His scientific experiments. Recruited by Kakuzu. A near immortal. Is told of another immortal they have, Sasori. Joins Akatsuki, teamed with and befriends Sasori. Then secret competitors and they both know it... They become enemies, Orochamaru's perspective. Orochamaru leaves. He exposes and deprograms Kabuto of Sasorie's will. Who becomes his right hand man. Finds Sasuke and wants to live with his body. This is for power in general and too mess with Itachi, (personal insult and revenge) and then kill him. Fails.

4. Sasori -instantly hooks us, since he went out two early.
a young puppeteer, trained by the great Grany Chio., at war, Earns "red Sand" knickname. Kills 3rd kazekage. Recruited by Pain. joins Akatsuki, befriends Oro. missions with Oro. (Does "many great things" with Oro). Friends turn enemies Sasori's perspective (so this is a nice back to back mental duel, kinda like deathnote in style, but they are awsome fighters). Brainwashes Kabuto. Is the man to recruit Itachi. (as a way to set another opponent against Oro, outmaneuver Oro, he knows Oro wants the Sharingan, and knows Itachi would defeat him if Oro tried) )But just to make sure he's good...challenges Itachi. They fight to a draw. Final fight his point of view and his decision to die.

5. Deidara- Student of Onoki. Lover of art. Works in explosion core. Steals chakra molding technique. Kills pursuers. Becomes terrorist. is recruited, and owned by Itachi, which scars him for life. He develops his one eye specifically to counter genjutsu. Develops C4 to specifically kill Itachi. Lets Sasuke know this as they fight. Dies loving his art. There would be more but I'm not sure what else to hint at.

6. Zetsu- Friend to Tobi. (this would vary depending on the Tobi background you prefer). We see the first meeting as Tobi pitches the Eye of the Moon plan. And to form the real/future Akatsuki. He, Tobi, and Pain are present. Not sure much else about him. So I figured this season would be a good time to show the birth of Akatsuki. (perhaps showing the origin of Tobi as....(your theory here). This is also where we get the Zetsu perspective of Tobi's plan and how they relate as friends.(and family?) Zetsu gathers intel on the greatest warriors anywhere, for recruitment and for his skills. So he can copy jutsu and learn to mimick movements.

7. Pain and Konan- The rise of a tragic victum. His parents die. Meeting the murderer, Madara who genjutsues him, and gives him the rinnegans. Pain wakes with the Rinnegans. Remembers killing the ninjas that killed his parents. Never remembering again that he was not born with them. The pain building up. His training with Jiraiya. Forming Akatsuki (the name is taken from meetings with Tobi and Zetsu. Show Pain in a few fights, then meeting with Hanzo, fighting him. Pain now can't walk without muscular exhaustion. Permanent damage. Sends 6 paths to kill Hanzo. Takes over the city. Pain's armies rep will makes the name "Akatsuki" known. Later will switch to hyper powered ninjas. And capture the slug bijuu. Attacks Konoha. Sacrifices self.

8. Itachi- We follow up the god with our favorate Konoha prodigy. We see the rise of the most talented Uchia. trained by and friends with Shisui. Little brother is born. Shisui an Anbu, introduces Itachi to his master, Danzo.He becomes Anbu. Learns of Akatsuki. Has some kind of missions for Danzo. Itachi later Distances himself from his clan, as he knows he'll need to leave the village on bad terms to get a S-rank and a rep to join Akatski. Shisui to stay close, to the Uchiha leaders. But is discovered as a spy. attacked by fellow Uchiha. Itachi arrives late. Kills the offenders. Shisui is critically injured. Itachi takes both eyes. Gives one to Danzo. To keep their attack on Shisui a secret, the police don't mention their dead comrades, only shisui missing and pretending that he is honorable and seek someone to lock up for it. And Itachi is the guy they want out of the way. A threat to the coup. Itachi kills two birds with one stone, defends the village and gets a bad rep so he can join Akatski as a spy. While traveling, is found and recruited by Sasori. They duel. Sasori poisons Itachi. Who has an unexpected reaction to one of Sasori's poisons. Cover how he gets sick and also befriends his partner, Kisame. Only Kisame and Tobi know the sickness. Cover return to Konaoha and revist beating up Sasuke and fleeing from Jiraiya. Later cover fight vs. Sasuke and his death.

9. Tobi- and finally the rise of Tobi. briefly cover childhood and rise. Madara reconizes his power (varies as per tobi truth theory), Madara and Tobi plot the Eye of the Moon plan. As well as the plan to revive madara. Tobi looks for a uzimaki clan member who can handle the stresses on the body of using the rinnegan and prferable someone with great chakra reserves. Years later, Tobi Finds Nagato. introduces Madara. As Madara dies, Zetsu transplants the eyes to Nagato. Fast forward to controlling Yagura. Then later reapproaches Pain after all those years. Brings Zetsu, they adv Pain that it's time to start the Eye of the Moon plan. They need to go get the people Zetsu has scouted. And all the rest up to now.

I'd like to see it also,Tobi and Itachi for sure,but let's first end Shippuden and then do it Because i am sick of fillers!!

I would actually like to see Madara and the early age of Konoha and various other villages.

I think another good spin off would be a series with Konohamaru being the 8th Hokage, as Naruto would be the 7th and Danzo was the 6th.

I'd like to see him use various Ninjutsu like his grand father, and have a brand new generation growing up with an ominous enemy in Kabuto and Sasuke who are now clearly very old, as Naruto was killed by Tobi. Kakashi could be his informant, maybe Kakashi could battle Sasuke like Hiruzen battled Orochimaru in his old age. With Konohamaru finishing him off later on. Though I wouldn't mind seeing Naruto in a later age, perhaps he might of matured a bit.

However I do like your idea. There are a lot of characters that would be fun to follow up on. Those in the Akatsuki are especially interesting due to their amazing back rounds and abilities.

My thoughts exactly, Turn back the Pendulum was a very interesting mini-arc, and I want to see things like that in Naruto. How everyone met in akatsuki, their backstories, and maybe even capturing the jinchurikis.Also like shikamaru said, it would be nice to see the early age of konoha, as well. I'm hoping to see a fight between the Sage and the juubi.

That OP took a while, and I forgot about Hidan. If anyone wants to add that, go ahead. I was just never really a fan. But I guess he could start as a star warrior for his church and some major religious war that occured, Where his religion won.

He was the champion, gained a rep, and Zetsu scouted him. Pain showed up. Join me. we will remove the obstacles that would impede the spread of your religion.

Or some such.
