I'll take the 2nd Mizukage. We really have nothing on Muu but flight, partial invisibility, and dust sphere.

Though this was a double dust release, splitting that in half would show how easily he could deplete the clam and possibly even the Mizukage nearby. This was a short burst by both individuals, I'm confident Mu could blast even larger.

Though it wouldn't be needed, as he could easily hover above invisible and locate the real one.

You can also see the range at which they both could use it.

Well he being part of the Hoozuki clan, I woudnt put it past him that he can completely turn himself to water.

He hasn't shown the ability to hydrate, so you can't assume he can.

That is oil. I stated this early.

We don't have to assume Mu can attack while invisible.

Once he's behind the 2nd all he has to do is simply cut his head off.

There is no way he can react.

Hydration would be useless.

Why does this matter against an invisible opponent who will blindside?

2nd Mizukage can't effectively keep up his genjutsu while also having Jokey Boy out. The ET 2nd Miz already showed this.

I'll give it to Mu as he showed no signs of chakra depletion while using multiple Dust Jutsu. Only time he struggled with chakra consumption was when he had to split his body.

The 2nd Mizukage did not use Jokey Bokey until his battlefield genjutsu was cancelled. I think that the 2nd Mizukage uses Jokey Bokey as a last resort kind of thing.

They both killed each other in battle there power is the same. if I had to pick I'd go with the second Mizukage. Muu hasn't shown the skills to detect Mizukage in the genjutsu he can cast. Dust element is powerful, but without knowing the genjutsu is in effect then Mizukage can kill Muu while in the genjutsu with kunai's or a sword.

The problem is, how is the 2nd Mizukage going to detect a Muu who can turn invisible, and probably also attack while he is invisible.

You can't turn invisible and use jutsu at the same time because the invisibility "is" a jutsu.

Why cant you, it was not stated that Muu cannot do it. You can use two jutsus at the same time; example Darui, Water Wall and Lightning Wave of Inspiration was used at the same time.

Don't need to detect, he can simply hover above through the genjutsu while invisible and locate the original through chakra sensing below. As the illusions are only mirages, not clones.

Nonetheless, the 2nd Mizukage showed how much of his chakra was drained when he used it.

If it's going to be a last resort, then I don't really see anything stopping Mu from flying and spamming Dust jutsu.

Mu carries two weapons on his back which clearly would end the Mizukage in a blindside.

Also hovering above behind him with a dust sphere while visible could clearly end this.

As well as just using it at start and blitzing him with it. Mu is extremely fast.
