Okay, Skelter Helter has to be slightly hurt for his gold bullets to actually do damage. S let's say you beat him in a rap battle, so he has mental damage done after his lost and challenges the great Noctis. Here we go.

It was high noon at the largest grassy plane in the world. On one side was me, Skelter and on the other was Noctis. I couldn't believe that he had schooled me so easily in that rap battle. I had him left on chain, but he defeated me anyways. In my fury I drew my 16-chambered gold Revolver, whose bullets were now the power of lead. I aimed it straight at him and sent a flurry of bullets, which was heading to pump his body full of lead.
