Ninjutsu: 5 not changed
Taijutsu: 5 not changed
Genjutsu: 4 not changed
Intelligence: 5 not changed
Strength: 5 , he was able to hold back v2 jinch
Speed: 5 , he showed to have same 6 gated guy speed
Stamina: 4 , in part 1 he was 3 and agains zabuza he staied in bed for days after using his sharingan , current kakashi is able to hold his sharingan activated for 2 almost 2 days , and still have stamina to fight tobi , and doing multiple raikire
Handseals:5 not changed

Staminais like their chakra or something. It's also how long they can fight before getting tired.

I updated the list for the Akatsuki, basing them all on their DB stats, except for Konan, which I made.

Guys, don't go by Wiki's databooks. Just go by what you've seen in the manga, Enough said...

^Sasori's stamina is probably 5 because he doesn't really tire since he's a puppet.

We havn't seen him in a long battle, nor have we seen him complain about chakra. So I presummed he is at 4.

Kakashi's genjutsu should be 4....at least. He managed to knock out two ANBU Root members with genjutsu. A feat since they are supposed to be elite in nature.

Ok I've seen some real travesties here let me fix some of the things I think were a little ridiculous here, and I'll provide totals. Also, these rankings count for some characters as their base form without transformations (e.g. Eight Gates, Sage Mode, Butterfly Mode)

Third Raikage
Ninjutsu 5
Taijutsu 5
Genjustu 3.5 (only because of his large chakra stores probably making it easy for him to break a genjutsu)
Intelligence 4.5
Strength 5
Speed 5
Stamina 5
Hand Seals 4 (knew black lightning and fuinjutsu)
TOTAL 37

Naruto
Ninjutsu 5 (FRS S-rank, Rasengan Variants A-Rank, Kage Bunshin B-Rank, Summoning)
Taijutsu 4 (Always has been good and looked smooth as ever against Kamui and Omoi it is obvious that his training in Sage Mode and with clones improved him here)
Genjutsu 3.5 (Has Kurama, basically immune to them all now)
Intelligence 3
Strength 3.5
Speed 3.5
Stamina 5
Hand Seals 2.5
TOTAL 30 (Makes perfect sense in his base form after all his training and fine tuning of his skills he's at low jonin level without Sage or Kyuubi Mode)

Genjutsu 3.5 (Basically immune to all of them)

It is his BASE form that means no Sage Mode or Kyuubi Mode. Naruto's normal speed isn't noteworthy.
