Itachi vs. Naruto

So I can accept this as a defeat? I will now bring up your previous point, counter my points, or move on as you have said yourself. I and Devils Lawyer have responded to what you said, if you can not respond, you have lost, very plain and simple. It did not contradict anything as I've already answered that, and now we await your response.

Considering that he had created a ten-odd clones before, tends to disagree with his understanding of his chakra limit, even if what you said were true.

The only actuall problem is Itachi's Susanoo with Yata Mirror, Totsuka Sword and Yasaka's Magatama. Totsuka sword could seal Naruto and the Kyuubi away.

Doesn't matter via his clones Naruto is capable of gaining a massive amount experience constantly. But several moments of trading blows he would easily have analyzed Itachi entire fighting style. That is the main reason Naruto is at the level he is it at the level he is at now. Not only that his paln was to attack the core with their strongest moves. If they were desperate enough they would have done that anyways. But thats beside the point if Naruto was going all out from the start Nagato wouldn't have the time to complete ct.

These were already brought up earlier in the thread. Naruto is too fast for his weapons and he knows about what they can do so he could formulate a way to avoid them.

COncerning Naruto not using clones, he used them against Kakuzu to figure out his attacks. Also, he mainly wanted to talk to Itachi and Nagato, not kill them right away.

Itachi tsukuyomi's Naruto, then kills him. Knowledge won't help considering Naruto looked into Itachi's eyes even though he knew the consequences.

No character facing Itachi has immediately looked down at the start of battling Itachi. Even Kakashi and Gai, which both had knowledge looked at Itachi. Even so, Naruto could get ammy'd if he doesn't look.

I wasn't referring to that, heroeking. I was referring to Naruto looking into Itachi's eyes even though he knew what would happen, similar to Naruto using Rasengan on Nagato even though he just had realized he could absorb ninjutsu.

Though if I must, I will point out Kakashi, Naruto and the entire team didn't look in Itachi's eyes when they met. The only time this happened was with lack of knowledge. Naruto did look at his finger though, that again, was due to no knowledge on the technique.

With or without knowledge Naruto has not looked below Itachi.

He kept eye contact.

So it is no different here.

Also if he looks down that really puts him in danger for Amy.

Though I think the clones could defend against it by jumping in front of the blast.

Naruto has witnessed him using it so this is possible.

I do not see why it makes no sense, it is why he was caught in Itachi's finger jutsu, as he was avoiding eye-contact.

I wasn't really talking about the match in this specific case as much as I wanted to discuss how we take character personality here, but I believe I debated this match a bit ago in this topic.

But even if I take that as truth, he did not avoid it when he battled Itachi the next time, so it really is not consistent enough to say he can counter it.

You clearly see from that starting page, Naruto is looking directly at Itachi. Notice he isn't looking down avoiding eye contact.

Unless you claiming Naruto has an eye problem splitting frontal vision.

Clearly it shows Naruto "looking" at Itachi. Also Itachi wasn't using tsukuyomi at the moment.
