By Narutoverse you mean every ninja in the world. Which probably takes more than a day. The only way he accomplishes this is by destroying the world, which is a tie, since he cannot breathe in space.

In order to kill every single person in the naruto universe he has to destroy the planet.

Unless this is just a full on millions vs. 1 battle. Which is entirely illogical, since you cannot fit the entire naruto universes' population on a single battle field.

it's one Goku moves it allows goku to teleport allowing him to move faster or to get to other planets
he dosen't need to blow up the planet it's just faster

By not equating you mean destroying the surface land? That takes WAY too long. He'd be there for months.

The entire concept of one being vs. a verse is completely illogical.

Unless the being has a satellite tracking device on every single human, and an instant kill button that incinerates every organism on the planet.

Which in this case, is a planet buster Goku.

I simply don't understand it, is the concept to kill everyone in the universe, or just not die on Goku's part?

Yes he can.And it doesn't matter if it takes while do to flight.
They also have country busters,city busters,moon busters,etc. so anyone can solo and keep the planet intact.

Also Buu,Cell,Broly,etc. CAN breathe in space.

Not really, blasting certain parts on the earth would probably blow it up.

This deals with the billions of gallons of gas under the crust of the earth that is itching to get one match.

A basic counter is Kisame jumping in an ocean, and staying there for twenty years.

He uses no chakra, eats fish and doesn't come to the surface.

Goku cannot find him.

He has not defeated the naruto universe.

Goku other skills flight, Kamehameha, spirit bomb, sloar flare, super sayin transformations, and basic energy blasts.
Goku's speed is difficult to state but sayin saga Goku without the Kaio ken is estimated at mach 27 since he traveled 20,833 miles in about two days
