My dude, first off Im not blinded by something that doesnt even make a difference to me......and secondly, Viz and Funimation are on two different plateau's! You've got to understand, one provides mostly MANGA and the other provides nothing BUT ANIME!!! And so what if viz doesnt produce their works on Blu-ray!!!!!! They dont even have enough Anime properties right now, anyways..... And besides, have you ever thought that the movie "BONDS" might be there first step towards Blu-ray marketing?!?!??!?!? And dont be too choosy, because it really doesnt matter if we get shows on Blu-ray right now.....DVDs are good enough......beggers cant be choosers......You just have to show patience..... Blu-rays might come in the future.....Dont rush things.....And dont you think its kind of illogical to expect a company to start heavily releasing Blu-rays, when they dont even own enough anime series right now?!?!??!??!?! The company has to grow, along the lines of anime first.......genious...........:r oll: Also, some of us want to complete our collections in DVD's anyways........Plus, getting Blu-rays isnt my top priority, in fact, its not at all.....Matter of fact, as far as what Ive seen in these threads, not too many people are focused on getting the series on Blu-ray......so I guess its just only a few people out of the bunch, like you......

Anime doesnt even cost that much, really...... Yeah I mean this stuff about the boxsets being like $80.00 sounds pretty ridiculous I highly dought it would cost that much in any store and as ive said you can get them cheaper at places like Wal-Mart which the ones around here costs just $29.96 or order them at places like amizon.

Yeah I don't mean to be an ass or anything but alot of times it doesn't seem like alot of people help support them I mean alot of them always have to watch them for free so they don't have to spend money on them. It would be nice if they did though since it would help them and the economy as well.

Yes, I most deffinitely understand! Its just that a lot of people just want the easy way out, all of the time. I mean its like, some people just like us are spending money on superb quality while a lot of other people dont care to, because they just want to get it, anyway that they can, without having to pay....Ill just never understand it, personally....

Yep, I know what you mean. My suspecions say that a lot of them are just cheap with their money.....Its pretty easy to afford anime DVD's. My guess is, that lots of people rather buy at an endless of game flow, as opposed to spending money on both video games and anime, equally.... I mean, just look at NeoGameSpark for goodness sakes!(If you dont know who he is, he is an anime and video game fan, who makes YouTube videos)! He only had a part time job, and he was buying both anime DVDs and video games! Because he is smart about how he shops! He goes to the right places, thus he gets his stuff at cheap prices!

Yeah lots of people are pretty much like that and yeah it is even boxsets can be I know they are a little more expensive but still and yeah if people are able to afford video games which are about $60.00 im sure they can afford that boxset especially at places that sells them cheap. Box Set 8 is only $29.95 at Walmart. I can't believe in other stores it was $50. Huge difference!

Amazon is cheap too. Oh yea and box set 8 is only $30 on amazon and they have a policy that anything over $25 purchase has no tax and free shipping. So that means if the price is $29.99 that's what you are paying exactly and nothing more.

EDIT: You have to wait 5-10 days if you choose free shipping. It's better to wait than get standard shipping thats $3 more. I mean your purchase is not going to disappear forever. Your going to get it but people should just be patient.

Yeah amazon is is pretty good at selling stuff ive also ordered stuff from there and not only is their price good but they also get them delivered pretty fast.

Also when you order the shipping for 5-10 days for free they arrive even earlier sometimes. Like say someone orders free shipping for 5-10 days it comes in just 1-3 days if you're lucky. There shipping policies are true but the people who ship them with UPS probably aren't that busy and get their work done faster.

Also I don't really like buying filler box sets since I only watch all the episodes once and never again. I won't be buying box set 8 and 9 for $60 but I definetly can't wait to buy box set 10 (which will be my 1st Shippuden box set i ever own). Before we know, us fans will all be in the Pein Arc dub because the Hunt for Itachi Arc will only be two box sets long and maybe box sets 10 and 11 will cover it. Then box set 12 will cover the season seven filler (which is really short along with some pein arc episodes as well) it will be half filler and half plot most likely. Then another two box sets 13 and 14 to cover the Pein Arc. So by january 2013 a pein box set should be released.

Now I don't know if all of these will happen. But the patterns of the box sets just continue with October, January, April, and August. But maybe VIZ could release them in season box sets. Who knows? But one thing for sure is we should never judge on what will happen in the future this early (way to early). Most of the time what you think happens doesn't.

Yeah I know they do thats what I like about amazon thats why I order from there sometimes. And as for boxset 10 yeah im looking forward to that as well im still buying boxset 9 when it comes out also. And yeah thats what im thinking as well the way the box sets are going and hopefully the scedual will stay as they are unless they make them a little better. And boxset 7 actually came out in July so so boxset 11 might come out during that month hopefully.

Well they release at least 4 box sets in 1 year and they all have to total up to 52 episodes at least. So I hope VIZ just releases season box sets with at least 20 episodes. I mean 13 episodes is good but imagine how easier it would be if they started doing season box sets. Maybe sooner or later they will start having at least 20 episodes on a box set.

Yeah that would be nice if they had that many im sure they can sell them a few months at a time with that many episodes with them it sure would speed things up much quicker if they were able to. And mabey they will at some point im not sure.
